Great experience all around. They helped me slide through the process without and issues, eventhough I had to grab more verifaication paperwork from my home. They Mainstream very well.

Tiffany is a great manager there! She did my taxes and helped me figure out things so maybe I can learn and possibly one day be able to do it on my own. If I call with a question and she wasn’t there I always got a call back. These people do your taxes just like turbo tax does taxes. They ARE NOT the IRS once they send it out it is out of their hands so it’s not their fault your taxes took forever to get back. This year everyone is waiting. She did mine March 10th and I’m still waiting on mine and please believe me I’m no where close to rich. I’m making it barely week to week but I’m not going to blame them for my taxes not getting back yet. I mad at the IRS and their shortage of employees. Please people can we please get common sense!!!

Theresa was an absolute blessing was my first time in years filing with a professional preparer and i must say im very pleased with the service she answered all of my questions and another woman that worked there aswell didnt get her name after having to amend taxes last yr due to an error of a preparer i was nervous i wont lie lol but they made me feel right at home absolutely amazing service great people and the fees are unmatched wasnt a hit on my head at all or my pockets another plus i will definitely be returning here for all my tax needs thanks so much and side note i was supposed to be in jackson hewitt but walked in the wrong building lol didnt realize until the taxes were done and accepted by the irs lol god has a plan doesnt he 😊

29 days and still waiting. no letter and no help from anyone here. They basically just stole $400 plus from my taxes and have offered no help in finding out why i haven't got my taxes or what they did wrong when filing them.
