I worked 3 1/2 yrs for WFC I absolutely Loved my job and my customers. My heart breaks every day since I had to choose to leave. I miss my Customers deeply. The pay was less than good. No matter how hard you worked you were not compensated enough for it. $11 an hr 😕 This year we received a 1% raise 🙁 Not even cost of living raise and no performance raise. Management had huge pressure for No one to have overtime. If short staffed and mgr was out overtime was going to happen, me and co-workers did our best to not get overtime but it happened. Mgr was adjusting our time removing overtime so he wouldn't get blasted by Supv over it. When we discovered this happening we were flat out lied to. And trust me it was Not about the money but then we discovered it had been happening since March. It was reported to Corp. It took 2 months for Corp to Review meantime co-worker was blasted by Supv and made to feel as if it was Her fault. We were treated as if we were microscope and more our fault then theirs. Evidently we did receive our overtime pay with no apologies or other competition. We 100% felt we were going to be the ones to suffer consequences for reporting this issue, we felt we truly had No one on outside, not Corp not Supv, no one. This is a Federal Law that had been broken but we were the ones at fault. Corp should of had a way to know Management was adjusting our time since March and done something. They obviously are above the law. There is a huge lawsuit against WFC for doing this to others and Corp has nothing in place to be notified when management is adjusting employees times after employees submit their time 🤷 Madison, Tn branch had the best team out there til manager was made to feel he Had to remove any overtime from his Supv from his employees and then lie to us about it. Corp offered Nothing but the few little dollars that had been stolen from us, in the meantime We were left feeling beat and uncared for and left we had No future anymore at WFC, so we walked. I would love to See WFC have to pay ALL the prior employees for breaking a Federal law then them just being able to pay stolen overtime money. My coworker and I should Not have had to leave our job because the Supv treated us as if it were Our fault. The manager is no longer there from what I understand he was given a heads up so he had opportunity to find a job and just leave the company. I am truly heart broken over this still today. I had looked forward to retiring from WFC but I know i could no longer work for that Supv and be treated fairly.

These fine people helped me when no one else would. They are courteous and always friendly, even if my payment is late! They have never been rude...i would recommend them to everyone i know! Thanks World Finance!!!!!

I have been a customer for over a year and they are so sweet. I started off with the one downtown and then that one closed and it went over to Gallatin Pike the staff is awesome they're friendly their understanding and they work with you. I would recommend this location and company because they gave me a second chance to get a loan. I had a medical emergency and they helped me get funds I needed as well they very professional and gave me a warm welcome. Will be back for future needs

Easy, quick loans with reasonable interest rates. The one and only loan company that I will continue to use when needed. They are NOT trying to get over on you. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and ready to help you!
