Went in this branch yesterday. Megan was very nice. Christina was very unfriendly. Didn’t say hi, told me very rudely, as soon as she saw me, I was not allowed in the building due to the virus and I needed to call before coming. Which is fine, but couldn’t she have told me a lot nicer. Her customer service skills were terrible from the first interaction until I left.

Be careful getting a loan here. I've been trying to pay off my loan for 2 days now and they keep giving me the run around and keep asking why I want to pay it off and wont accept a full payment. This is ridiculous.
