Terrible customer service. The lines are ambiguous. Nobody greets you. F

I've tried hard for the past two years to let the bank know that one of their customers was no longer at the address of the apartment I moved into. I've called this branch, sent two emails to customer service, sent a message via their website, and also sent many envelopes back to them. They persist in sending the mail to my address despite my many attempts to get them to stop.

for god sake. please work on customer service. i am only using this bank cuz its main bank in KR. i am switching to different bank.

Terrible services with outdated technology. I urge you to close their account if you speak English properly and not broke to afford minimum balance.

Customer service is really bad. As the other reviews say. You should not think that the Bank of Korea is a little low. Loans are also very difficult. Absolutely rain... I also thought it would be convenient because it was the Bank of Korea, but I regretted it. After using it a few times, I just closed the account. I assume most of their cusotmers are koreans and they use it b/c of ​​ease of language… but other than that, i have no idea how they survive with this bad of a customer service/experience.
