Woodforest National Bank Washington Ave Ext, Albany

I was at Walmart and had been paid rent and had $600 in 20s. I asked the teller if I could have large bills he said yes, he went to the manager because he didn’t have enough hundreds in the drawer. She told him to come tell me if you don’t have an account I’m not gonna give you large bills, when I asked her why not she was extremely nasty and rude to me. I would avoid that bank like the plague. I have no clue how someone like her can be a manager. She has zero people skills.

I deposited a check... told me there would be a hold on it. I called the bank it was drawn on and the check has cleared and called customer service and they tell me it’s at the branch level. I don’t understand how the branch manager has the authority to hold someone’s money under their finger nail for no reason when the check has already cleared the bank my check was drawn on. Not to mention the squinty eye girl that stands behind the teller line and gives everyone dirty looks is extremely rude and knows nothing. I’m going to ask to talk to the district manager bc this is nonsense.

I've been a long time customer with them. Worst experience by far. No communication and too forever to cash a check as it's over their limit. If there was a zero star I would have rated them a zero

Both the Glenmont and Albany locations have excellent staff. Very professional and courteous.

Great people great experience. I was highly satisfied.
