Wisconsin Bank & Trust Junction Rd, Madison

I've banked with this bank over 3 decades and have deposits in excess of 7 digit figures over the years from my two businesses and can't get any help from anyone there.so in other words they use your money but are unwilling to help you when it is needed for your business needs.this bank is not small business oriented. How is it possible that we are able to get loans from 4 other financial institutions but not from your own bank that you've trusted for so many years and not even a phone call explaining why or a reason and what we could do about it? And absolutely no help for small business during the pandemic!

I have banked with this company for over ten years. I have never had any issues with tellers being anything other than completely respectful and helpful. Moreover, they pay an interest rate on their checking accounts (almost unheard of), they promptly respond to any issues I may have, and they're easy to work with. Forget big banks and their outrageous fees and unethical practices - community banks are the way to go, and this one is at the top of the pile.

After having such an awful experience at the Fitchburg location, I just wanted to say I love the main ppl at this location! I should of gave this place 5 stars years ago. Very kind, understanding, and above all helpful!! Thank you so much guys! Shout out to Tina Thalman for always going above and beyond! Amazing work <3

Terrible. Tried to open an account and they gave me the run around, even contacting a bank outside of the one I called locally. Dont waste your time.

Seriously closed on Saturday? Absolutely crazy and considering moving my accounts.

Overall functionality and service at this bank has declined hard over the last two years.
