Austin and his team made this process so much easier than I thought. The team is professional, but also, you can tell that they truly do care about you, not just as a customer, but also like a friend. I was always kept up to date during my loan approval process. Austin took the time to call me with new information and explaining what was going on. He answered all of my questions with a quick response.
