As a "want to be mechanic" I can fix just about anything on cars, and things around the home. I went to change the hoses on my car, and snap I broke the intake for the upper radiator hose trying to loosen a clamp. I called and talked to Jim and explained my situation. I had the car towed, and although his amazing mechanics had a busy schedule, Jim recognized my discouraging attempt at fixing my own car. I was greeted and treated like first class, and that made me feel like I chose the right place to fix my car. The tow truck dropped the car off by 9:30, ended getting to work by noon, and my car was up and running again by mid afternoon. I have been using Wilhelm Automotive since moving to Arizona 13 years ago. First in Surprise and now in Litchfield Park as I have moved. They are very good at what they do and are very friendly. They are like family. I will continue to use them as long as there is one within a reasonable driving distance.

Second time i brought a vehicle here. The only issue i have is the "Diagnose Fee" that doesn't apply towards the repair cost if a customer decides to go foward with a repair. Otherwise i would've gave them 5stars. Other then that customer service is great and so far i didn't have to bring back the vehicles for the same issue.

These guys really go the extra mile to help with the most unusual circumstances. My car was stolen and recovered, so I had them do an inspection for insurance purposes. I couldn’t be physically there, but they were able to do everything with me by proxy, taking payment and even coordinate with the tower. They definitely hire people that care.

Brought my truck in for a transmission leak at 180K miles.I asked them to inspect the beast and they found a few other items to repair. Great service and the job was done with excellent quality for a fair price.
