WFG Title did a fantastic job on our transaction. There were a few moving parts and thankfully Crystal and Virginia were able to accommodate our needs as they came up. Thank you WFG!

A title company is supposed to be neutral, in having bought and sold several homes over the last 17 yrs closing isn't anything new to us. Although, each time is different the overall process and the roles each person/company plays is relatively unchanging. The staff at WFG NTIC were very pro-buyer in our situation (we were the sellers). In a nutshell, they pushed the closing date up without saying anything (good thing I know what to look for and read the documents), tried to convince us it was a good thing (regardless of our needs and agreement with the buyers), and eventually ended up erroneously recording the sell of our home (again, earlier than agreed upon with the buyers). All because the buyers (or their agent) were pushing for an earlier close...that isn't what I call being neutral. All of that should've only been handled and agreed upon with the buyer/seller. Would not recommend based solely on being pro-buyer and adjusting the paperwork without informing us. The office was well lit and clean. The two women that we interacted with were courteous. The overall process of signing the documents went without any type of fanfare and was quick. *This is the only reason why the company gets two stars.*

Not their fault we got overbid @probate court...but waisted plenty of my time trying to get my escrow $$ back...

DO NOT USE THIS TITLE COMPANY!!! They withheld 115K funds from my escrow without proper documentation and without my signature or approval. When I tried to explain to them they needed documents to do this, I spoke with Norma Spaeth who is the VP of Operations. She sent me a statute that does not apply to me to justify doing this and when I tried to explain this to her she hung up on me. I then reached out to Henry Buchanan that is the President of the Nevada division and he stated that he would call me back and he never did. I am now filing a complaint with the Division of Mortgage Lending regarding their practices. They are supposed to be a neutral party and they are making decisions based on what they think instead of what the law states. It is also extremely unprofessional for Norma to hang up on me and not even research the other side of this. I am outraged by this behavior. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

WFG was awesome. Very nice and clean office. I signed docs woth Maribel and she was fast and efficient. I highly recommend this title company!

They have efficient signing of the documents.
