Sadly very hard to work with. No online payment ability. All payments go to a p.o. box before being picked up and brought to the office for processing. Payments take up to 10 days to process once you put the check in the mail. So many lost checks, or charged for late payments I finally started send my checks registered mail so I could prove I'd sent my payments in on time. Certainly not going to be my choice for service.

Weststar Pasific is The King of Fees and horrible customer service! I honestly never been treated worse then here. Then they ask you for the name of the person you spoke 2 months ago, because they think you are not telling the truth.
