They are rude and unorganized. They can't even spell your name right nor do they know how much you really owe each month your payment amount changes every month it's ridiculous. I've had better luck with Ally. Do not go through Westlake.

Fay Simons was GREAT! She handled everything I needed to have done in a courteous And professional manner! I hope that every time I need to call in that I get her!

Horrible horrible customer service I paid my loan with them quick and still did not receive my lean release even when they claim they sent it out I never once received anything from them and now that I called them back they are having me pay another fee to get that released to me!

Made a final payment for my vehicle in January of 2017 and this company charged interest on the loan the same day I made my final payment. They charged off my account for $61.00 without giving me the opportunity to pay off the $61.00 and have since reported the charge off to my credit report as well as charged a $300 fee and are holding the title of the loan hostage until I pay that fee. This company ruined my credit for $61.00 of interest without giving me the opportunity to pay off in full. That is morally unjustified. I had a credit score over 700.

I called this morning, dreading the call, but I got Garland Grady. He helped me through my situation, eased my mind, and was very professional. 5 stars to Garland, and Westlake Financial.

Westlake Financial is notorious for putting through unauthorized payments. When I asked them to review their "recorded conversations", they will not! Westlake will not reverse fees caused by their wrong doing, but is QUICK to collect/ charge you for fees they can charge... There are a few very nice people whom Im dealt with at Westlake however, JOSE L. was VERY rude and unprofessional. After listening to the representative rant for about 20 min's I asked for a letter or email stating that Westlake had not received the funds withdrawn from my account as he was stating, Jose refused, stating its my banks problem. My bank clearly shows a payment to WESTLAKE FINANCIAL, Westlake took money out of MY account ONE WEEK EARLY, to me this seems as if Westlake caused the problem... AVOID doing business with this company...

Nicola was very helpful when it came to my account. Offering different solutions/options that not only resolved the issue at hand but future payment disturbances as well. Nicola's cheerful attitude and friendly demeanor was refreshing and uplifted my day. Thank you.

They financed me when nobody else would. My fault really, I always paid cash and was considered a ghost on credit scores. I'm calling them today to rearrange my payment date. No worries at all really.

This company is the worst.I called and spoke with one of the rep trying to settle my account..After telling the rep that I wanted to do a pay for deletion and were told that they don’t do pay for delete..So I asked the rep if I settle the account can they take off the chargeoff/collection from my account due to the fact Im trying to buy a home and need this off my account so that my bank can work with me.Thats what my bank had told me to do..He told me yes and I also asked to speak with his manager to verify,He connected me with his manager(her name Ligria Sanchez )She came on the phone told me that “we can report to the credit bureau as pay for less,0 balance and take the charge off/collection off” That was her exact words so I went ahead and settled the account .Today, I checked my credit report they only reported on my account settled for less 0 balance..I still Have a charge off/collection report on my credit report which is bad for me in getting a loan to purchase a home..I have called to speak with her and unable too.Whatever communications you have with them in settling make sure you have it in writing documentation and don’t be like me..This company is bad business

In most of the encounters with Westlake it has been horrible. They talk to you like you are scum. The customer service skills training needs to be re-evaluated. However, today, Ryan B. took the time to listen and offered professionalism and kindness. Thank you Ryan!
