I was living in California , looking to buy in the Prescott chino valley area , I was introduced to this lady and the real state … my house was on sale but during the pandemic it took a long time to sale … this lady never gave up on me and stay in touch for almost a year … finally I moved and she help me buying my gorges house and still in touch to the point we feel like family … great person great real state company .

I have worked at several brokerages in the Prescott area, but West USA Realty of Prescott is the absolute best of the bunch! Cindy Eastwood, our broker, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Would do zero if I could. Called about renting a property left my career to attend school said they don't rent to students. Tried explaining I'm responsible and left a 50k a year job to become a pilot and was told that all students are high risk, being older and having a career didn't matter. The lady grew a huge attitude when asked about discrimination policies and finally I hung up when she started raising her voice. West USA won't see a dime of my money, would never recommend based off piss poor initial customer service.

I have never had a more unpleasant experience in my life and that's putting it nicely. I called a couple times to inquire about available places and was treated as if I was wasting their time. I was also told that dogs were not allowed and after I mentioned that we have a service dog they said that is subject to approval. All there posts say service dogs are allowed but apparently they still choose to deny you or treat you poorly so you won't rent from them. I have no idea how they are still in business with how little regard they have to customer service. Save yourself the hassle and go through Rent Right or Ram. Those are wonderful people who actually take pride in your experience and well being.

Bryan Turner is a very good realtor, he actually listens to you and finds many choices to review and figure out which ones to tour. He was spot on and we bought a house. Give him a try.
