wrong hours because on the app said 8 am and the bank teller was very rude and like we not open tell 9 am I was like let me talk manger show him I was like you have let us in you guys have the wrong hours. she got very snippy and I am never going this location again! she was very rude tall skinny blond lady! thought treat you customer nice but she didn't! I was there at 8:50am what make different let me and there 2 old couple in! but she was very rude and she was talking smack about us front me and old couple I have no idea who they were. she need learn keep her month shut.. Old second bank acquired west suburban bank . No response by email . Phone number provided hangs up on you or is busy . No online access to bank account. So far this bank is absolutely horrible. Somehow they paid a bill of mine with a credit card I don’t have .

This is a very bad customer services. No is body picking up the phone. tried multiple times this new old second national bank but no reply. I waited for 17 minutes on the phone. I am not sure how to solve this issue. If continues this way I will take my account to some where else.

Horrible not one letter or as they said a packet I should have received that would have told me they increase the rate of the box I rent by $55. Old second will be Old news shortly. Taking my money with.

I been trying to call them for three or five days with no reply. Recording said they would call back but DON'T. I'm ready to pull my out my money of there!

This location along with the branch in Bolingbrook is the best. At first, I thought it was a racial issue with WSB until I noticed bad reviews from other people in the comments about the other locations I have gone to. But this location is fast and friendly. It does not take them all day and they do not treat you like you are a criminal trying to get your own money. The locations in Darien and especially Downers Grove make sure you stay away or at least be extremely patient and forgiving because both locations in Darien on Cass and the location in Downers are terrible. You give them with a withdrawal slip and your identification yet they constantly question you as if you are not the person with the account. I understand safety but there is a difference between taking precaution and treating people as if they are attempting to commit fraud. This location is great. The man who serviced me was nice and efficient. The ladies in the Bolingbrook location are great as well. So it is not a race issue it is definitely a customer service issue that needs to start with management.

I am so surprised there are negative reviews for West Suburban Bank. We absolutely love this bank. All the staff is great-very helpful in answering questions and giving guidance on decisions on what kind of account to open for whichever circumstance we are faced with. Absolutely abhorrent customer service coupled with antiquated systems, methods of communication and just generally rude staff. This is in particular about the Land Trust Department at the Lombard IL location. Christine Pawlak, who oversees that department, could not be any less helpful. My mom opened a Land Trust with West Suburban Bank in 2009 as they are local and close to where she lives. She immigrated to the US in her thirties so definitely has a slight disadvantage when understanding and comprehending legal docs, but the people at WSB took advantage of that situation and who knows how many countless others? She has been charged $75 annually for keeping the Land Trust open which is completely understandable. What I fail to understand is that WSB has been charging a $5 late fee, every month on the accumulating annual fee for the past 10 years. They have been sending this "invoice" to an investment property of my mom's that has been rented out so of course she is not receiving those invoices. WSB confirms that they neither call or email to follow up on these charges. They also do not care that these fees are not paid. What I was told over the phone by Christine is that this is not an uncommon occurrence for them, where these land trust annual fee and late fees rack up for multiple years as they simply do not care. At some point, you are going to want to take your property out of the trust and at that point you will settle your balance. Now I accept full responsibility on my mom's behalf for not staying on top of her fees and paying off the annual fees in a timely manner. HOWEVER, I do think that in this day and age, were digital communications is everything, that it's incredibly deceitful for WSB to never reach out and collect these payments or inform their so called "CLIENTS" of the status of these account. Christine blatantly said on her phone call with me that they do not care about customer service. She says that my mom went to them to open this land trust, WSB did not go to her. So it's my mom's responsibility to reach out to them. WSB does not owe her anything (not even one phone call in the last 10 years) to say - hey I see that we haven't see any payment activity in the past 10 years - are you still getting these invoices? When asked about why they did not call, Christine also made a comment about well who knows if the number we have on file is even in service anymore. To that, my response was if you assume the phone number isn't even good anymore, why would you assume the address that you've been sending all these invoices to is the best way to reach her. COULD NOT MORE STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST USING WEST SUBURBAN BANK.

I'm always confused as to the entrance to use, since the corporate office is next door sporting the same logo. U turn is difficult if you end up in the wrong lot. Use Adams Street
