I had two friends recommend West MI. Pawn to me. I was very impressed with how Joshua did his best to figure out the stamp on some gold bangle bracelets I had from India, In stead of just guessing if they were 10 or 14 k. I highly recommend West Michigan Pawn and Joshua for a helpful and honest experience.

Actually found a duplicate for my engagement ring that I had lost the stone from (only it's diamond was LARGER THAN MY ORIGINAL 😊!! Then as I was looking I also found a wedding band that wrapped around it, only it was a tad larger...I bought both of them for LESS than my Husband spent FORTY NINE YEARS AGO!! I took the to a Jewelry Store in Muskegon to see if the stone was real or man-made...It was REAL!! Having them soldered together, couldn't be more pleased

UPSIDE: Good selection of merchandise. Owner is easy to deal with and staff is knowledgeable. Conveniently located. Nice selection of currency. DOWNSIDE: None really, just keep in mind owner has to sell lower than surrounding market so if not a lot of money is offered for your "for sale items", don't take it personal. COMMENTS: Bought here several times, this last time since ammo at half price.

Great place to buy tools, both used and new. I've found some awesome deals here. Bought my fiance' a ring that she loves. This is the best pawn shop I've ever been in. Neat, clean, and organized, unlike most. Staff is always friendly. Highly recommend it to my friends and family.

I searched all over the country for a particular older sewing machine. I found the one I was looking for online and it was from West Michigan Pawn Shop. I live in Minnesota and was nervous about buying a sewing machine that I couldn’t see in person or try out for myself. Everyone at West Michigan Pawn was patient with me. I called and messaged asking more and more questions. They stayed patient with me. The machine was packed so well too. It arrived right on time and I could not be any happier! During this pandemic online/stranger shopping is basically all we have when something breaks down. This was a god send and now I can start churning out masks😷❤️! Thank you and stay safe! i would recommend these guys to anyone. I was low on cash and only thing I had was my engagement ring. even though it has a missing diamond and a chipped diamond these guys helped me out. they are awesome. so if your in a bind and need little cash check em out

Amazing pawn shop! Came down to grand haven for coast guard festival, left my sd card for my camera at home (big mistake) cake across the pawn shop and the lady who was working gave me an sd card. All the staff was super friendly. 5 stars! Amazing service. Wil definitely return!
