These people know no limits when it comes to being deceitful. If you're disabled and they know, you can almost guarantee they'll entice you with the ability to take out loans if you need them. Once you get deep enough in the hole, they'll entice you once again with a fresh start loan, in the hope that you'll continue to pledge your income to them until such time that you're deemed an unnecessary burden... Then they threaten you after double charging your account when the money had already been taken out once before... They'll blame you, call you a liar, etc... They put on a really good act, until you're drained and unable to fix the mistake brought on in the first place... There's just one question you guys should be asking yourselves if you're banking with these people. "Why did I even bother with them in the first place?". Oh, and in case you're wondering, these people will threaten you like they think they can get away with it. If you think these people are innocent, well... I feel sorry for you, and I hope you keep track of your account.

Do NOT bank here! They are fraudulent and conduct business like a mofia family. Only difference is this business is a highly organized criminal society and organized crime group. It’s no wonder Bitcoin Venmo google pay and many other platforms will take over these crime groups. This bank will literally steal the money from your account. Do NOT use this bank please!!! I don’t ever leave reviews but this needs to be put out there so our community can do better!

Called here 4/14/22 just to ask a simple question the girl who picked up the phone was very rude I normally don’t get upset because I work in customer service myself but honestly I was about in tears

I had an issue with the ATM, I tried to withdraw $160 and nothing came out, but the money was still deducted from my account. When I called the bank the other person on the phone sounded like a teenager and they made me wait hours to then call back and tell me they weren't going to do anything about it. They essentially called me a liar and they literally just STOLE $160 from my account. I will be changing to a different bank immediately. NEVER doing business with West Gate ever again.

Good Bank if you run into a problem there willing to work with you. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. If they don't have a answer they will find someone who does.

Iv been getting very disappointed in the last few days with the service of the machines and ongoing issues with deposits
