Very professional, took my CCW class and the teacher katherine was real professional and friendly.

I was irritated I had to rate one star even but considering I had a better experience with another employee I rated it a two star, the two stars being for her only, I would give her personally more, I wouldn't give the store any credit. First off I understand its a pawn shop but REALLY!!! We all have ran into hard times and unfortunately for me I ran into one on 98 North close to this pawn shop. I had interaction with a younger boy who has no business working for that company if the owner cares anything about his business or customers. He is a complete jerk, rude, and will talk to you like a dog. As one of the many issues I was running in to that particular day I still had a smile on my face because it was my issues so as I basically idled out of gas in the parking lot and having items I was hoping to pawn long enough basically to get gas go home regroup and go back, the kid I was dealing with was having a bad day as well I guess but he couldn't separate his issues from work I assume. I ended up saying forget about any of these items then and basically was begging to pawn my wedding ring for 20 dollars (I WAS OUT OF GAS IN THE PARKING LOT) which has way much more value, I intended on coming right back, but because he already had his mind made up he wasn't helping me and he had no benefit because I would return the same day, he let me walk out the door knowing I was stuck. I ended up dealing with a lady later after he left to go pick up lunch and she took wonderful care of me and her review will be posted and for you miss I want to thank you! That company does not deserve you!

Iv heard good thing about this place form alot of friends but wow iv never bought a box of ammo and had rds missing out of the box. This must be a joke right? When I buy a 20 rd box of self defense ammo I expect 20 rds but I guess 16 will work. I'd avoid this place if at all possible.

I do not recommend anyone doing business with this facility I had a pawn here I called one we can go to make sure it would be OK if I came in Friday to pick up my pawn and discussed how much money I need to bring with me when I came in on Friday to pick up my item people behind the counter told me it was an additional $75 because I came in on the day my pawn was due which was discussed one week prior when I questioned why I had an additional $75 the boy behind the counter told me he would just sell my items and got extremely rude and disrespectful with me! The lack of business skills of customer care and just downright respect is definitely lacking at this Business , I feel like I was robbed I feel like I was disrespecting as a result I has a customer I am apalled by the lack of business skills and of respect and of care for customers in this business I am also very disappointed in the management staff As their attitude is not much better I guess it is about the mighty dollar I feel as though this business is conducting business like thieves they are crooked dishonest and have no respect for customers I would not recommend anyone visit this business !!

Amazing class! Instructor is funny with a focus on safety and our rights as Americans! Never going to forget to "ride the rail" :)
