I called the bank looking for a mortgage loan and the reseptionest gave me the# for a Mike. Talked to him and he said he would get back with me or find someone that could help me. It's been over a week no call from Mike. Mmmmm.. Mike not good customer service!!!!!

This is quite possibly the worst bank possible. For at least 2 months now, regardless of the time you go. Doesn't matter if there is 1 car in front of you. I have waited no less then an hour everytime I have gone. I know that nothing is perfect, but an hour to deposit $200 is crazy. Would have gave it no stars if possible

Worst Banking System Ever. Every other bank you can transfer bank to bank, but WesBanco has to call you an ask you why? How about it's my money and none of your damn business.Also, only $300 limit out of an ATM? What a damn joke. I have 5 Checking accounts, with all the major banks and two small ones. I have never had such a horrible experience with a bank other than this one. When I traveled Internationally, one hand didn't know what the other hand was doing. Now one knew how to handle the situations. Every time I called each person had a different response. I'd rather go to the local loan shark and deal with him, rather than do anymore business with piece of junk so called bank.

Tried opening an account, teller sent me to a waiting room. Sat 15 mins no one offered any service or an approximate wait time.

10 minutes at the drive through window Need faster service This was terrible I’ll stick with Follansbee and Wellsburg Training or speed is recommended for this branch

Worst bank out there. Regret ever using them.
