An absolute joke! Long time customer who stayed loyal to WesBanco! Aaron and this location did absolutely nothing a typical business partner would do! My restaurant business partner was constantly helping and regularly frequented my business! This business guru 🤦‍♂️ Never asked how my business was let alone showed up and supported! Offered 10k in stock I was willing to put up for a business line! 6 months later all I’ve gotten is excuses and passing the buck! Not a partner to help you make any! Unless you want you’re LLC treated like a lemonade stand!

WesBanco is a joke of a bank, especially this branch in particular! Giving them even one star is beyond over generous for what they truly deserve! The branch manager at this location, I (believe his name may be Aaron?), is an arrogant SOB. He talked to and treated me like I was scum on the bottom of his shoe. I will be transferring my business elsewhere immediately - not just my accounts, but my entire family as well. This is icing on the cake for us! We’re sick of dealing with a bank that can’t “get with the time” and still depends on brick and mortar, and provides absolutely no customer service! It’s in your best interest to avoid WesBanco at all cause!

Aaron, the branch manager, is kind, cooperative, and helpful. I have no idea what the other reviewer is talking about. I've been going to this branch for the past 18 months and have never had an issue.
