CHANGING MY REVIEW! I will be closing my account ASAP as soon as I'm able to pay the money I owe (which I have done countless times before since I've had my account for over 3 years) but for reasons NOBODY could explain to me, they refused to cash my check. Well I used to love banking here but not anymore. Yall lost a valued customer.

So switched insurance company's did all that mumbo jumbo. In April of 2019 In December of 2019 they decided I guess I didn't have insurance anymore, decided tacking 75$ onto my loan and of course me being charged interest on that 75$. Every month I just received a letter for this. So 6 months of an extra 75$ plus interest they are getting me for. Now I gotta take time out of my day to come fix this. It should be their job to do this not mine. What.... a..... joke....
