I’ve been with weokie for 20+ years now and I’ve literally have not had a problem with them until I had to use this branch in Edmond. Unfortunately, I’m now going to drive out of my way to go to a whole different branch because of how many problems this branch has given me. They deserve less than a star but that’s the minimum I had to give to review. Thanks for nothing Edmond weokie branch… Update: I want to thank the Vice President of Operations at Weokie Federal Credit Union for their assistance. They were considerate and sincere about my concerns and was able to accommodate my request. Those who worked with me to resolve the issue deserve 5 stars. The Edmond branch, however, dropped the ball and does not really care about their clientele. I’m speaking from long term experience from several issues that have arose at this particular location. This recent event was their last chance to show that they actually “value your membership.” I plan on continuing to bank with Weokie, but refuse to go to the Edmond branch, unless it’s a dire situation.

During my time at Weokie this past week, Liz and Collin, were very knowledgeable about the bank’s products and offerings. I ended up opening three different accounts types, and I did it very easily. Liz was very professional, and a had a take charge attitude. Her focus on the result was refreshing to see. I recommend that if you have never had an account with Weokie credit union like me to give them a try. The teller with the black hair kept trying to help me when I was just waiting for Liz, and that was a nice touch.
