Maludy from north express office was helpful & kind ! Great personality for a Monday morning!

I began using the North Express office after a terrible experience at the 15th street location. (I vowed to never use the 15th street location ever again, or leave weokie if that was not my option) Since we have been using the North Express location we could not be MORE HAPPY! They are always professional, friendly, and helpful, not what you would expect at a strictly motor bank. The entire staff are just great, especially Bailey, and Malinda! So happy we get the opportunity to bank with such pleasurable individuals! Our banking needs are somewhat unique, and the "new" system is not always making that a simple process for an average teller, I have to say, your team at North Express is OUTSTANDING!!

Bailey is fabulous! Always kind, communicative, and welcoming, as son many before her. I have been with WeOkie for approximately 15 years and have never thought about leaving.

Malinda and Bailey are always very friendly and helpful whenever I visit! They get me taken care of quickly every time.

Told me to wait 3 months for a new debit card to come in the mail. For what ?? I don’t know. Now they’re charging me $7.50 to have a checking account, but don’t want to give me a card anytime soon, and won’t let me pull the money i do have out the account. DO NOT bank with them. They scam you to get extra money.

I always have a great experience and service with Melinda. She makes the visit to the bank joyful as it should be.

Literally one of the worst financial institutions I've ever had the displeasure of using. Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere for financial services.

I took out a signature loan and shortly after my significant other and I began transitioning jobs and unfortunately weren’t able to make a payment on it due to our circumstances. I was told that none of the late fees that were assessed could be waived even though we hit such a rough spot in life. I am certainly not happy with the outcome of this interaction as we all experience hard times in life and should be afforded a little bit of grace.

Debit card expired in June... it’s mid Sept and I still don’t have a new one. That is outrageous. Luckily I have an account with communications and they were able to get me a card immediately so I could start paying my bills.

Always friendly and helpful !! I love That they know my name and always greet me ! Melinda was so pleasant !!
