Wells Fargo Bank S Broad St, Philadelphia

The manager here Anthony is so rude. Every time I come here he makes banking an issue. I definitely will be moving all my business banking to another bank. I have never experienced this level of discrimination at and branch in my life.

I was unknowingly given a fake hundred dollar bill from this branch. When I returned about a week later to deposit some cash, one of the hundred's included, they accepted the bills and printed me a balance. 2 minutes after i leave, i get a phone call from the teller who tells me the $100 was fake and that they were taking it off my balance. All they did for me was offer a customer service number. Once (and if) this gets resolved I am closing my account here.

I've been banking with the Wells Fargo since 2014 I have been trusting them with my money for six years now and no matter how many times I try they never approve me for a loan for home mortgage it's about time people stop trusting these banks that won't even trust you my credit score is not the greatest but it's not that bad either it's like they don't even care to see if a person is trying I have been working on my credit with a credit Law Firm and Wells Fargo doesn't even see that as a plus up..I I am currently being forced from the place I am renting now because the current landlord is selling the property and the new landlord doesn't want to renew my lease and I have 60 days to leave but with me being with Wells Fargo for 6 years I was thinking maybe I could at least trust me and help me out to get a home apparently Wells Fargo doesn't care about its customers

I had a bad experience at this Wells Fargo. The woman assisting me, a Regional Bank Personal Banker, with my bank account was extremely unpleasant and rude. She was being impatient with my situation, and was very hesitant to assist me. However, aside from the woman helping me, everyone else was polite and helpful. Nonetheless, I needed assistance with submitting a letter to my credit card company regarding some personal information. She was having extreme difficulty with this. Thankfully, she was able to ask a colleague who provided assistance. In the end, the task that I needed to be completed was supposedly finished. However, my credit card company stated that there was still a problem. After speaking with a supervisor there, the issue was resolved. It is absolutely unacceptable to have to deal with this kind of behavior when I have had not penalties or negative history with Wells Fargo.

This bank deserves 0 stars!!! I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my LIFE!! This branch manager is a DISGRACE OF A LEADER!!!! My husband & I had our BUSINESS ACCOUNT CLOSED due to their MISTAKE by sending a letter to my former address! One of SEVERAL mistakes!! There are so many i cannot list them all we will be here too long!! YES ON MAY31st which happened to fall on a FRIDAY they CLOSED my business account, therefore my EMPLOYEES could NOT BE PAID!!!!! YES my employees cannot FEED THEIR FAMILIES THIS WEEK!!! They proceeded to tell me my check was being mailed to me at MY FORMER ADDRESS ONCER AGAIN!!!!!! My husband was very very upset & asked the Branch Manager what he was going to do for us?? He was EXTREMELY RUDE & told my husband to go sit back with THE BANKER, pointing as if he was done with us!??? I interjected & said please let me explain the situation sir...as he started to listen to me my husband said please get me someone who can resolve this today. He proceeded to tell the banker to SHUT IT DOWN!! SUT IT DOWN AGAIN, he said. As I was trying to explain my situation he DID NOT WANT TO HEAR ANYTHING I HAD SAY!! HE WALED AWAY FRPM US!!!! WHAT KIND OF MANGER ACTS LIKE THAT??????????? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have a LIST OF MISTAKES MADE BY THEM & THEY HAVE ADMITTED THEIR INACCURACIES & been very apologetic. I immediately CLOSED MY SAVINGS & I AM TAKING MY MONEY$$$$$ ELSEWHERE!!!! SO DISAPPOINTING!!!!

2 bank tellers. In the middle of Philadelphia PA city hall This is unacceptable. Avoids this branch at all cost. Kyle was helpful he was able to take pressure under stress. Raymond the manager on duty was hostile to me and very aggressive I also called Wells Fargo to make a complaint. This was because I asked him why were the line so long to which he replied to me it's not my fault.

Been with Wells Fargo for years. This one can get busy but they solve your problems

They do try to help you here. Not all banks will do the same...

Incredible stadium. Everything works well and the game is a spectacle. Whoever goes to Philadelphia must know this stadium.
