    This is the most unprofessional branch I have EVER been to in my life. I have been a Wells account holder for 7 years. I am multiple check accounts, teen accounts, business and credit card accounts. All the banker talked about was making commission off of his investment customer. When he realized the customer was more than 15 minutes late he decided to service me and said “time IS money”. I was rushed, he was arrogant and did not service all of my needs. Such a waste of a Saturday morning. Contemplating closing all of my accounts. I’m not sure if this is the new norm at Wells but I am very disappointed.

    Sara is the branch manager. Watch out for her! If you mention your goal she will make sure you know the barriers. In my experience, she only told me about my barriers and didn't work towards my end goal.. I then called the next two locations down the street and had a wonderful experience. I called Sara back to inform her of her poor service compared to her peers. She dug her feet in further. She told me that since my funds weren't ready she could not talk to me about my funds. Why is it my fault that the funds for a cashier's check are held by wells fargo for 24 hours.. I was ok with the 24 hour hold, but according to Sara because the funds were not ready she would not speak to me about the funds... I had a cashier's check written by wells fargo! Give me my money or order my money. No excuses Sara. I shouldn't have even accepted a 24 hour hold on a cashier's check yet alone be told that they can't talk to me about the funds... It was a cashier's check written by wellls fargo! Go to Price's corner and speak to Jill for quality service or to Nameens Creek and speak to Rachael for good customer service. Both Jill and Rachael were respectful, made me feel heard and worked to solve my issue. Thank you Jill and Rachael.

    Very poor customer service. Unable to have a proxy deposit cash into my account due to changes in bank regulations, I went to this branch to inquire as to the why. After explanation by loan officer I have dealt with prior and comfortable with I proceeded to teller window to make my cash deposit. While I started to do this, I noticed the branch manager, Sarah Popalkprisanas hovering over me in a threatening manner. At this point, the only thing I had said to tellet was that I was depositing cash into my checking account. I inquired from the manager as to why she was hovering over me and she proceeded to tell me her FIRST lie, answering that I was being rude to the teller which I denied . Again, at this point I had stated only that I was depositing money to the teller. She proceeded to aggravate the situation by continuing to hover over me while I ATTEMPTED to complete my transaction. At this point, the teller having my cash in hand, I decided to also deposit about 4 dollars in changs I had in my pocket, not wrapped due to not having enough money to complete a full wrapper. The teller immediately bulked, stating that they do not accept lose change!!! I explained that the FACT that there was not enough in the different denominations to make a full wrapper. Stange I thought. Sarah continued to hover very close to me, at which point I objected to this. She instructed the teller to give me my money back and refused to allow me to continue this Very Important deposit. At this point Sarah P. continued to lie to me. Knowing I was going to file a complaint with Wells Fargo, due to her threatening manner, I asked her for a regional managers name, which she replied there was none. THAT WAS THE ONE TRUTH SHE STATED. I next asked her the branch no. which she replied there wasn't one. Later, when I called the complaint number, the first thing they asked me for was, you guessed it, the branch number...lie number two. I then asked her the branch name. At this point I sensed that she was being evasive to my customer related questions. She lied to me once again, telling me the branch name was "Wells Fargo in Glen Mills" which I noted. Later I called the branch to inquire the managers name (odd they don't have name tags for easy identification) and found out the TRUE NAME of the branch is Wells Fargo in Concordville in Center Square. This would all add up to poor customer relations, unable to access MY ACCOUNT, to make neither paper OR coin deposit. After 15 years of banking with Wells Fargo, the lying continues to be a source of concern. This branch has, in the past, strong armed me to open new accounts (something Federal Regulators fined them for) stating that the new account enables me to use out of network atms, which also turned out to be false.

    I would give zero star if I could . Horrible people over there. Customer service is zero. This location should be scratched out or bring new set of people with some level of common sense
