    Don't waste your time. The ATM machine is always either out of order completely or only certain functions are available (sometimes you can't make deposits, other times you can't withdraw cash). This branch is also no longer open on Saturdays. Just save yourself the trouble and go to the Watson location.

    Called to get information for setting up an account. I pressed "0" to talk with a banker and got transferred to a number that "doesn't support voicemail. goodbye." Wow, that's a bad first impression. In response to your reply, you should be able to figure it out yourself. It's a glaring issue. If you can't, why would anyone trust you with their savings?

    Repeatedly had horrible customer service here, almost every time we went to this branch. Teller refused to cash a personal check, asked for manager, who also refused. Wouldn't give a reason other than that "it didn't look right". Meanwhile, customer next to me is depositing large wads of cash from a backpack. Drove across town to another Wells Fargo, deposited, no problem. Every experience at the drive through with Deidra was a mess. I would suggest more training... rude, slow, barely competent. Not only is Wells Fargo one of the worst banking experiences, but THIS branch is why we finally are leaving (after more than 10 years) and going to a different banking company entirely. Save yourself some time and exasperation and go somewhere else.

    Deidra failed to communicate at the window at around 4:30 pm and was a complete jackass as well. I never have to sign a deposit slip because my money needs to be available at the time I deposit it like every other bank. Every time I asked a question she completely ignored me and proceeded to mess up the process. This woman needs to get retrained and have a better attitude at the window. Also she needs to move her ass faster, sat there for another 30 mins as she took her sweet time.

    I have always had great friendly customer service here. The people were very patient with me in setting up some trust funds for my daughter. They explained the process each step of the way and I feel very welcomed here.

    While on vacation, one of the tellers elected to forge a withdrawal slip and help himself to $1920 of my money. Went to file fraud claim in person and after waiting 30+ days and 18+ hours on phone with HQ, found out no claim was filed at all. Went to watson branch and explained the situation. Money was returned within a week and teller was fired. Can't help but wonder if others were involved at this branch with this theft. Howw is it possible to walk into a bank, report a fraud withdrawl, and they do nothing? One last thing, when I first made them aware, the asst. manager told me that the signature was indeed mine and I was committing fraud.

    I've been a long time customer and my husband was stuck in the drive thru so I walked in to use a restroom. They don have a public restroom ... Not even for customers. I'll be reconsidering where I bank. Every wells I have ever been in has had a restroom for their customers.

    Do not invest money here. They will not follow your requests. They fill out paperwork wrong and drag their feet when you ask to change investments.
