Longer wait time and less staff. Even for a small talk with banker or to access deposit box, you have to wait for bankers to be available. And they are always busy. When I called for an appointment they said no need appointment for the help you need. I came 2 times and waited for 1 hour, as no banker is available I left. Just don’t forgot costumers times is also valuable.
I understand your time is valuable, and I apologize sincerely for the inconvenience. Please email me at [email protected] with your full name, phone number, and address (no account numbers). This Wells Fargo location is the WORST location I have ever been to. They have three ATMs that are constantly broken. They only have one person at the counter to help anyone that comes in. You are constantly either waiting or wasting your time coming here only to see out of service signs on three machines. Trash is always outside. Parking lot is a mess.

Update - looks like they are going out of business. 1 teller during peak hours while manager stands around like a Walmart greeter with a line out the door. Took less time to go to Chase across the street and open a new account than put my money in this bank. Joke of a bank. Does not stay open for posted store hours. Manager rude as can be. What good is a bank that doesn’t allow you to access your money during business hours?

I received the best customer service ever from a banker named Jonathan Cruz-Gonzalez at this Laurel location. He went above and beyond to help with everything I needed and he was extremely helpful and also very kind.
This is great to see, Idowu! Thanks so much for taking the time to share. -Casey, Wells Fargo HL Social

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Every time I come in there's a long line and extremely slow service. Only two, today only one teller working! Horrible. Drive the extra miles for faster service. Been standing in line now for about 30 minutes!
This is valuable feedback, Jade. I'm very sorry about the slow customer service at this branch. Please email me at [email protected] with your full name, phone number, address, and more details about your visit (no account numbers). Also, please mention your review on a Wells Fargo location. Worst ATM ever. Atm are always out of service. Only have 2 atms. The drive-through is useless no additional ATMs. And its the busiest this bank needs more ATMs. Everyday its out of service due to long lines at atm. It’s ridiculous there’s not another Wells Fargo anywhere near here

I'd rate them lower than 1 star if I could. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for nearly 20 years, and have had a number of bad experiences. However, never before has Wells Fargo been so negligent than they would endanger the health and safety of my family, until now. Recently my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimers and our family was forced to move her into an assisted living facility. In order to assist in managing her finances I submitted my power of attorney documentation to the manager on duty, Joanna Maria, and one of her bankers, Jesse Majano. They submitted the documentation to the Wells Fargo legal department and were told that the language used was not legally sufficient. I was then told that it was ok, that their solution would be that I could continue to do transactions as long as I came into the Laurel branch to do so. I also submitted an updated power of attorney document for approval, which was never processed despite my repeated attempts to have the banker, Jesse Majano, do so. I was told that the current process of doing one time transactions would continue to work indefinitely....until this past weekend. I was told that they could no longer process these transactions. I argued with the teller who told me I would have to speak with the manager who would be in on Monday. I stopped there Monday morning, taking time out of my workday, and was told that the manager was not in yet (this was at nearly 9:30 AM on Monday morning). I am furious at the number of times I had to come into the branch, despite following the instructions of the WF employees. What bank manager doesn't show up to work until 30 minutes after the branch opens? Why was I not told that the manager would only be there on their relaxed schedule? Why does a customer have to make multiple trips to the branch to perform the same transaction I've been making for months? It got worse when I received a call from Joanna Maria (the manager), who told me that they can't make these transactions anymore. When I asked why, despite what I'd been told, she told me that it was my fault and that I should have updated my power of attorney documentation. Again, I tried to work with them on this when the original PoA documentation was submitted, and was told that I didn't have to because I could continue to do it this way. Instead, Joanna Maria accused me of not following up with them. It's a REALLY great customer service tool to throw the fault right back on the customer. Super professional demeanor and a lack of accountability on their part. The folks at this branch know me by name, and have been doing this transaction monthly since this past December. Now, without any notice my disabled mother's care and the literal roof over her head could be lost. Her health and wellbeing are literally being threatened. 1) Why was my power of attorney valid for 9 months but no longer is? 2) If the power of attorney is not valid now, then why has this branch been allowing transactions to be conducted with invalid legal documentation? 3) How is it ok to make policy changes without any notification to the client, which in this case may result in life-altering, irrecoverable consequences? I'm thoroughly disgusted with the treatment I've received, not least of which was the response of the management team to my concerns; issues inevitably arise, but throwing up your hands in the air and saying the customer is responsible when they aren't isn't just unprofessional, it's unethical. I will be following up with Wells Fargo Corporate to pass all of this information on, but I hope that this post can serve as a warning to those of you considering this branch, or really Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. in general. Do not trust the people that run this branch with your money, or rely on them. They will put you and your family at risk and do NOTHING to try to rectify the situation.

This location suffers from ATMs that are extremely inaccurate. Everytime I've tried to make a cash deposit the ATMs have miscounted the bills and once ate one of the bills which started a two month process of getting my account credited back. I will never again use the ATMs at this location. Always go inside if you're making a cash deposit. The other issue that this bank suffers with is it's small size for the large community it's trying to service. Parking is atrocious at this location.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, David. I apologize for the inconvenience and have forwarded your feedback about the ATM at this branch appropriately. Please email [email protected] and mention your review and Google username to ensure your customer service feedback can be forwarded to the appropriate teams (no account numbers). I look forward to addressing your concerns. -Janet, Wells Fargo HL Social

Incompetent personal banking associates, specifically Jesse Majano at this Laurel branch location. I do not recommend working with him. Due to Jesse's lack of knowledge of business accounts and by not following up on change of address processes, my business account was closed out. Also, a check for the remaining balance was sent to our old company address which I now have to chase down. I will have to cancel several auto bill pay setups and look for a new bank for our business. Such an inconvenience and a hassle. The branch manager Joanna apologized but doesn't do us much good account is closed. In addition, "Stephanie" from the corporate resolution center said she would investigate and call me back...no call back...Joanna the branch manager said she would send me her contact info and she never provided that information, so no confirmation who she is. Jesse who was the cause of our account closure never emailed or called with an apology. And finally, we received one email notification on the day of the account closure that it was closed. Doesn't it make sense to send out a warning email prior to closure so we could remedy any confusion with our company address? At least Wells Fargo is consistent when it comes to poor service and policies.
Thank you for taking the time to detail your experience, Charles.
