    I have trusted Wells Fargo with my savings and checking accounts for years but this Wells Fargo doesn’t trust me, a customer, enough to allow me to use the restroom here?! It is surprising that they are unable to provide a simple convenience for their customers while the customer is there doing business.

    Wells Fargo and THIS location now have officially the worst customer of ANY business I've ever dealt with! They do not even answer their phone and won't see customers for appointments! Paid off our mortgage, closed retirement/investment accounts and need to get another bank!

    The tellers are the nicest people you’ll ever meet. They know so many customers by name and what they need to have done. They get to know you on a personal level and actually genuinely care. Best bank and best branch of all!!!

    This bank branch has some of the rudest people in it. The bank is always filthy . When you walk in, they look at you with disdain like you are a criminal. Their services are expensive. So if you want a bank that has probably the poorest service, the dirtiest bank in the area, than this is your bank. If you want a better bank, take your business elsewhere. ANYWHERE than Wells Fargo.

    Lobby is closed again. My vehicle will not fit through the drive thru. Walked up to window, tellers flipped out that I could not walk up. Very frustrating that this branch continues to make things so complicated. Other banks lobbies are open. This branch must have had a covid outbreak.

    I made an online appointment for today at 9:30 and when I called to tell them I am out there, they responded by telling me that the Banker is with someone else. I think it is rude & not professional at all, knowing I made my appointment earlier.

    Have had numerous issues where money has been posted to wrong accounts that end in similar numbers. This is not done at local branch. Employees at bank location are nice, & do their best to resolve issues outside of branch.
