    12:13pm. Been here since 11:30 and still have another half hour to wait. Only 2 bank tells for over 40 customers. Why did i have to sacrifice over a hour of my day to withdraw my own money. This wait is so terrible, I am going to switch banks. This is totally inappropriate. Only way to fix this is to pay me for my time.

    Racial Profiling and a long wait on Sat morning if you need to enter the bank. Today, 2/19/22, a black man with a Wells Fargo account was about about 4 people in front of me and was ordering a cashiers check to buy a Mercedes and was asked for his ID 3 times and his social security number for proof the bank can process his request. He waited about 40 min at the teller window and apparently all three tellers needed to touch and validate his request, look at his IDs and the account. They made the man wait while the manager on staff finished her transaction with another customer who was two places after him in line. My husband, an asian man who is Filipino and I, a white women were about the same age as the man ahead of us with the same exact need- a cashiers check to buy a car. My husband was asked for his ID once, and he was never asked to provide his SS#. We also never talked to more than one bank teller. I set also the timer on my phone when we walked up to the teller and we were out of the bank in 6 min and 51 sec. If you're the man who was in line in front of me today, please DM me, wanted to provide my name and # as witness.

    I have been to this location twice. Each time, I have waited in line for over 20 minutes because they have one (1) bank teller working. I’m standing in line currently and there are 9 people ahead of me. Customer service is less than exceptional.

    Sooooo upset with this branch!!! We had to make a wire transfer in order to pay the closing costs for our house which of course exceeded the amount you can do online. We only have one car at the moment so my husband walked to the bank with our newborn (since I'm in work meetings all day) after they told us the day before that we do NOT NEED AN APPOITNMENT to come in and do a wire transfer!!!! What a bunch of liers and after my husband got teary eyed and told them it needs to be done this morning and they said we didn't need an appointment, they just shrugged at him like they don't care about anyone else in this world. Beyond upset! Oh and to add to my frustration, I've been calling their phone for 30 mins to express my anger and no one will answer their phones either but online, the "live" wait time says they aren't busy. Go figure!! NEVER GO TO THIS BRANCH!!

    Worst Wells Fargo in the area. They refuse to staff appropriately so get ready to wait 30 mins to even get in the building. I understand that Covid is a thing but having 1 or 2 tellers at peak hours is just inconsiderate to the customers. If I didn't HAVE to use this location for work I'd never walk into another Wells Fargo. Edit: It's 2:30pm and only 1 teller. 7 months later and still no change. Edit 2: 9 months later and it's worse. Whoever is in charge is grossly incompetent. This bank has 11 spots for a teller and only staffs 2 at a time while having a line out the door on a daily basis. I'm not longer a Wells Fargo customer because of this location. I do have to use this bank for work purposes but will advise against the company using Wells Fargo anymore. They don't care about your time, only that they have your money.

    They opened another teller/Cashier to help the people that was waiting in line, even do the business hours said 5:00 pm. It was a little past 5 O' and they were polite to help. Thank you. God bless America and each other. Sincerely " Bfg"

    Because of the way I looked and was dressed “work clothes” they made me wait almost 30 min outside while they called to verify the check I wanted to deposit only!! No cash back.. And if they did the research they would of seen The checks I deposit once a month for the last 14 yrs I’m happy with WellsFargo just not this one!!

    This bank, in particular, is run so inefficiently. There are never enough tellers staffed to handle the customer load. The tellers are not efficient and expedient and you always end up waiting in line for several minutes too long.
