The tellers are more interested in chatting among themselves and their favorite customers then helping general customers. This morning there was a long line that extended to outside the bank but one of the tellers was spending about 20 minutes chatting with her supervisor and a guest about hiking trails, where to hike and when to go. Ignoring the waiting customers. I notice the supervisor of the tellers does this all the time. Especially when you need to use the safe deposit box; she would take your ID info and ask you to wait then she would go and chat with the tellers and ignore you until you remind her a few times.

Went to access my safe deposit box and was told I needed an appointment by who seems like the head teller that just stands in the back of the tellers giving orders. This made me lose my DMV appointment that I had set up weeks earlier. This Manager teller then threw me out of line. The worst customer service I ever experienced ever. The slowest bank with long lines. Would give 0 stars if I could. Manager needs a course on how to talk to customers, not yell.

2 stars for the Convenient location within the Serramonte shopping center, across from Target with lots of free parking. It seems no matter what time of the day the lines are extremely long and move very slowly. Sometimes I just wonder why things move so slowly? They are fully staffed at the teller windows so it makes completely no sense at all to me. If you plan to visit this location, give yourself some extra time because you'll be here for a while.

Tl;dr: The best Wells Fargo experience I ever had. Extremely good customer service and people. I was looking into changing banks, and this experience is definitely making me reconsider that. Mario the security guard was friendly! He is a very awesome person to have in the front, as he truly made me feel welcome right from the start. The teller Samantha also did everything she could to help me, and checked with the manager for a possible solution. My issue was that I forgot my wallet at home but needed 30 dollars. I was certain nothing could be done. Most tellers would just say 'No info, no card, no banking. have a fun bike ride home' but she was very attentive and solution-oriented! Samantha even informed me about a cardless mobile banking on the app which I had no idea was even a thing!! I now have the banking app and got the money I needed. Thank you for such positive service in these difficult times. (Also posting on yelp :D )

The tellers and Mario the sscurity guard have always gone above and beyond to mame me feel comfotable with banking there. Getting inside ths bank at this branch is a huge problem though because the line is at least a 30-45 min wait no matter what day or time you go. It's also extremy cold on the side they line you up on so if its raining or windy you get wet and fresze while waiting. They certainly didnt consider that for our customer comfort..

I had a $50 missing a corner, i went in and asked if I can exchange it? The teller then proceeded to give me a form and to go to another wells fargo across town and told me to fill it out and exchange it there. But as soon as i went to the second wells fargo i was immediatley helped and my bill was exchanged. Very displeased with the lack of effort by the teller.

If I could give them a lower rate, I would. Costumer service is the WORST!!! The service manager lady never likes to go beyond the extra mile to make costumers happy. The store manager is a useless guy who always agrees to the service manager and don’t even bother to see the case and speak for himself!!! I ended up calling the 1-800 customer service # and yes, they were helpful and resolve my issue!

I have been with Wells Fargo for many, many years. I have Jose Navarro as my go to guy. He is such a intelligent, patient and caring person. He has always answered all of my questions. He always goes up and beyond to fit me into his schedule whenever I have asked. The bank as a whole is very friendly, attentive of the amount of time you are waiting. Thank you for excellent service.
