    Hello can you please have your employee/manager park thier black Tahoe on the side and not up front in the middle. It's very inconvenient having it parked there, where all the customers park. I understand you want to look at it and make sure it's safe but thats no place for an employees car. Thanks. A Wells Fargo Customer of 20+ years.

    My wife and I wanted to open an account and was told we had to make appointments to open an account so the next morning we showed up and they kept giving us to run that there was no appointments listed for us to open an account and we spoke to Erin Corrilo the branch manager to setup a account online because it would be faster and if we're having issues she'll help us set one up the next morning and around 9:30am we called and they said they we're busy and that she would call us back...well two hours go by and no phone call so my wife called twice and it went to voice mail so then I called with a different phone number and sure enough she answered and we got the same excuse I guess having us as a customer isn't worthy enough to open a six figure checking account and a 10k savings account for our little girl for college isn't worth your time...thanks but no thanks

    This bank was one of my favorites. I now absolutely hate going here. They have gone completely down on customer service and they are incredibly slow. The so called manager is the slowest of them all and the least helpful of them all. She always has a confused look on her face.

    I understand that we have to limit the amount of people in the lobby. I too work at a financial institution. I waited over 40 minutes to be helped and when I got to the teller window they had a brand new employee helping members. If you have a line out the door then that is the time when you need to put haste with each transaction. Even with our complex transactions we take 5-6 minutes top to solve the problem. Will be moving my loan elsewhere.

    worst customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they take advantage of there clients. they do not notify you about transactions coming out until the next day so they can charge a $35 dollar overdraft fee. go with any other bank ! wells Fargo is the worst bank

    Had 5 people waiting in line with 1 teller. At the same time the 3 other employees that I can see were standing around talking to each other. What ever happen to customer first?

    Had bad customer service in past. Saw them treat someone very poorly when they were explaining that their ID and debit card was stolen and trying to explore other options to access their funds. Tonight googled their hours and it shows their drive thru is open until 6, but after driving across town in 5pm traffic, I discover it is closed. Most people dont even get off until 5, so thats inconvenient. Very unhappy with them right now.

    went to a bank teller and requested $6000. She counted using the hand, to count the money, handed it to me in an envelope, along with the receipt, stating $6000. I didn't count the money there, but when I got home I noticed only $5000 was in the envelope. and after, i called wells Fargo customer service, and I reported it to that bank, and next day, in the morning, I stopped by at the bank. but they said we have your $1000 money here, but they never apologized to me. and many people told me, "How could a bank miss counting $1000cash?" This bank was still something wrong, bank was sooo weird... that's why we closed all wells Fargo bank accounts. also my two sisters and two brothers will close wells fargo bank business account too.....

    This was a great bank until the current manager, Sarena Sona, took over. Sarena is severely lacking any type of customer service and is the type of person who pushes around their "power". The previous staff was beyond amazing. I will take my corporate business to the West Main location from now on since they are friendly, accommodating and know what it takes to keep their customers happy. It is a shame that other customers will have to endure Serena's horrid personality and even worse, the staff will have to deal with her on a much too frequent basis.
