Today my wife was treated like a thief in a Houston branch of Wells Fargo at 6821 Harrisburg by the clerk named Erica. She was simply trying to make a deposit. This woman demanded to know the reason we had a large check to deposit. She called the bank of origination (which was fine) and told the check would clear. She called the man who wrote the check and he conformed the reason and amount of the check and confirmed it was a valid check. After all of this grilling, intimidation, belittling, and harassments she still refused to deposit the check. After years of using Wells Fargo we are closing our accounts. Never before has a bank treated us so bad (like we were criminals) and never again will we bank with Wells Fargo. This is wrong on so many levels and such a bad example of customer service...I suggest that you never trust your money with Wells Fargo.....we won't make the same mistake again.

This bank has friendly staff members! I always get greeted at the door which is a great gesture. They’re here to help with any questions and will go out of their way to answer/help with anything you have in mind. Abel Rodriguez is a wonderful employee you’d love to talk to about in regards of new accounts even business accounts. Never fails to disappoint. Did I mention they’re bilingual, schedule and appointment and gather any necessary documents and it’ll guarantee you an amazing bank visit! Definitely referring friends & family

Waited 40 Min in Drive-through Line, When it got my turn, They Closed. It’s just waists good time and Manager was Rude, there is a photo of the Managers Business card. I’m really Disappointed from Wells Fargo with bad Customer Service. Never Do banking with Wells Fargo any more. Not Recommended at all.

Wow I've been using wells fargo for years with no complaints but today 11/29/21 was a different story I had a question to ask to one of the employees and finally saw one available, usually employees are friendly and happy to help but this "lady" was rude I said hi I have a question and she replied back saying I have customer that were here before you and I was like okay, I only have one question, so I left upset with mu question unclear. Unfortunately I saw new faces and they are not best employees. Not coming back to this branch even it is closer one to my house.

I went to this location to get two documents notarized which were the exact same documents I notarized at a different location. First a teller told me to add some wording otherwise they wouldn't be able to notarize, so I went back home and added the requested wording. I went back, waited for 20-30 minutes for someone to help me and then waited another 15 mins while the person that was helping me was verifying with their legal department whether or not they could notarize the document. After all this trouble, they told me they couldn't do it, meaning i wasted my entire morning trying to notarize the same document I notarized at a different Wells Fargo location. They are inconsistent with their legal reviews and business process, it's no surprise they keep getting hit with fines. Poor customer service and I will likely be switching banks because of this experience.

the people working there are so nice and helpful ans answered all my questions they went above and beyond to help me and get the best result possible every time i go they are always so helpful and dont have to wait for long times because i always make sure to make an appoiment beacuse everyone always has a lot of stuff to do and like that i avoid long periods of wait the only bad thing is that other people just walked in and was trying to get help with the excuse " i just have a question" while i was in the middle of talking i also had questions thats why i made an appoiment i dont understand why people cant respect that and besides that the guy that interrupted got mad overall employes where helpful and relaly nice

Long wait times b/c only 1 teller helping people in the lobby (1 for drive thru, 1 for lobby, 2 others walking back & forth doing...??), so a li e of five people will take 20 minutes. Sad.

This branch should be closed down. They are the most unhelpful WF branch ever. I came in with a stack of bills and asked them to put it through the counting machine and they refused to do it. I'm at Chase now opening up new accounts. The Fed should close WF down. BTW, Chase counted it with a smile. TO FOLLOW UP: I got the same response (see below) that every other "1" Star review got... "we're so sorry".. bla.. bla.. bla.. HONESTLY, if they were "so sorry", they would do something about this and the One Star reviews would stop -- but as you can see, they have not. There is nothing worse that patronizing a customer on social media, pretending to "care" when in fact, you do not. WF simply does not care. They don't care about their customers, or their employees. The only thing left to do is move your money to another bank.

I went to the bank July 17th ( with all my paperwork including my marriage license) for a legal name changed since I just got marry. She acted like she didn’t even want to be there or wanted to be there she didn’t help me change my last name saying that I needed an actual marriage certificate to prove that I am actually married. The state of Texas does not give you a marriage certificate. The license is the marriage certificate once it’s sign and certified. She insisted it that she couldn’t do it. I was really upset at this situation because it’s hard to get an appointment at this location I had to miss work for nothing. A week later I made an appointment with a different banker- Adan Hidalgo; and he help me and got me out of there within a few minutes (with the same paperwork I had at the beginning) he was awesome compared to Blanca Acosta who was the first person who help us! I giving this place a 3 star but it’s only because of Adan he deserves a raise his service was just amazing otherwise I would of giving no star because of Blanca Acosta.

Poor customer service was in there for 15 minutes and no one asked me anything. One dude left and didn't even acknowledge me. One lady was helping a woman and left her, but never asked me what I needed help with. I went to the line to see if the window people could answer a question for me they started talking to each other. Waste of time going there.
