Rose was a pleasure to work with when we came in for an appointment last week. Professional, personal, knowledgeable, considerate...the experience we had was just great. Thank you for all of your help Rose!
Thank you so much for sharing these details with us, Joseph! I’m happy to see you enjoy visiting this location and working with Rose. Have a great rest of your day! -Nick, Wells Fargo HL Social

This review is for Rose. I walked in after an awful phone call with a "customer service" person and let me just say they sucked. Rose not only helped me with my worries but also helped me very quickly. She was also incredibly nice especially for how irritated and stressed that was. Thank you so much Rose! The whole company should follow your ethic.
Thanks for your honesty and candor, Morgan. Although I am glad Rose was able to listen to your request and assist, I am disappointed to read about the service you received over the phone prior. This is not the customer experience we strive for, and I want to make sure the appropriate team addresses your concerns. Please mention your review and Google username as well as any additional details in an email to [email protected] (no account numbers). I truly appreciate your feedback and look forward to discussing this further. -Shaun, Wells Fargo HL Social

I would not return to this location. I set up an appointment (due to COVID) to speak with someone about an account I needed to close (I had the statement so they could see what I was working with when I booked the appointment - I went in person first not knowing I needed an appt). When I arrived for the appointment, I was immediately shut down and the man said, "This isn't a bank account and I'm a banker so I can't help you". I tried to ask for help on what I could do or if there was someone I could speak with and he continued to be extremely unhelpful, rude, and acted like I was wasting his time. He talk down on me and at one point said, "You see that sign behind me, that means I'm a banker. I will literally lose my job if I help on this account". I was just asking him to be helpful even if that meant he was not helping me directly on my account. He would not even print off a current account balance or report so I could have one for my records (it was an active Wells Fargo account). It is one thing if you can't help me directly with the account, but to be so rude about it and not offer to look into what else I have as options is unacceptable.
I'm very sorry to learn about your experience, and I want to make sure this is thoroughly reviewed by a specialist. Please email me at [email protected] with your full name, Google username, and the Wells Fargo branch location you posted a review on (no account numbers). Thank you. -Jessica, Wells Fargo HL Social

A specific teller named Sonia is for this review for Wells Fargo on S College. I have never been treated so disrespectfully numerous times by anyone before. I haven't made a review before because I thought I would just give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was just having a bad day. After having over 5 altercations with her I need to make a review. Every time I go to this location literally everyone else is pleasant but her. I have never met someone so miserable before. She makes me feel like I'm committing fraud or doing something shady. Just because me and my fiance are on the same account she makes it such a big deal. Everyone else is 100% accepting but her. She doesn't make me feel welcomed, and her customer service is non-existent. She might do a good job at her job but customer service has to be a least a little bit of her job and she fails at that. I've been helped by other tellers and she would be helping other people and she does the same thing to those people. NOT EVERYONE IS COMMITTING FRAUD. Quit treating your customers this way or else you won't have anyone coming to this location again.

The Horsetooth branch / office is literally the worst banking experience of my life. Evrrytime i go there. If this was the only Wells Fargo in town I would have moved all of my business and personal banking years ago. Staff is rude, clients wait in long lines while employees sit and chat with each other. Leadership in this branch should be removed and retrained. Poor service And management!!!!!

I had an incredibly positive experience with David Palm at the College & Horsetooth branch a few weeks back. His customer service was 5 star. Thank you David!

Went here for quite some time but went elsewhere. The local people that work here are fine, but Wells Fargo in general have a long way to go to win back peoples trust based on past experience.
I'm sorry to learn you feel this way about us. Although I am glad this particular branch is not the issue, I’d like to learn more about your specific concerns, David. Please email [email protected] mentioning your review and your Google username so I can keep an eye out for your message (no account numbers). Thanks in advance. -Shaun, Wells Fargo HL Social

Wanted to edify Heather Davis, she helped me out today with my loan and closing an account, wanted to say her demeanor was just all around amazing and her customer service was over the top! She answered every question I had in great detail and gave me some helpful advice on things to do in the future to help my credit and my business! She was so personable and knowledgeable it made me feel important (even tho I was closing an account) she gave me her full time and attention and made my experience at wells fargo that much better and I don't even bank there! Thanks so much Heather!!

I’m no longer a Wells Fargo customer (not due to any shortcomings or frustrations from this branch or the company), but needed to visit this branch to get some older information from a closed account. Even though I’m not a customer, their customer service was truly phenomenal (I found that to be the case when I was a customer as well). The banker I worked with made me feel like my problem was the only one he cared about until it was solved. If/when I’m in the market for a new bank, I would definitely come back to Wells Fargo.

Pushed me into opening an overdraft protection account which I did not want. I should have said no, but got tired of arguing and caved. Banker ended up putting almost all my money into the overdraft protection account and after a few small transactions, I over drafted. Still got charged the thirty something dollar over draft fee. I recognize that I should have stood my ground, so I am partially to blame, but decided to close my account. While in the process of closing my account, the banker tried to get my to open a credit line and sign up for home owners insurance. Pushy pushy. If I had done some research into Wells Fargo, I could have determined they have a long history of abusing customers and employees as well.
Hi, Michael. I'm concerned about your experience at this branch and want to have it reviewed by the appropriate team.
