    I am trying to open a new checking account today. I stepped into the Uwchlan branch at 11:30. I was told the only person who can help me was out for lunch. I said I can go to other branch nearby if someone is available to help me. He said yes, Smitha at Exton branch is available and you can go there right now. He promised to send an email over to her while I am traveling. I stepped into the Exton branch and talked to Smitha at 11:45. She was available but she had an appointment at 12:30 so she cannot help me. I would need an appointment the next day evening time if I still wanted to get it done. It is just ridiculous! Or I guess these days sitting around doing nothing for 45 minutes is expected for bank employees.

    I called to get information on notary services. I spoke to a lady who seemed least interested in helping out. After a minute or two of unhelpful guidance on how to navigate the website to make an appointment online, I told her that I don’t have a Wells Fargo account, and was only looking to get some documents notarized. She said the bank doesn’t offer services to non-account holders and slammed the phone without letting me ask any follow-up questions.

    Really bad customer service, left out this branch very unhappy. I will be contacting corporate for the interrogation process that was administered. The entire staff needs to be replaced from the supervisor down to the tellers. Extremely dissatisfied! Never will I return to this branch.

    Absolutely horrible service, I do not recommend this branch even if the world was ending. Very bad customer service. Seriously, please don't waste your time, there are a few other local branches in driving distance that will assist you.

    This is the WORST run Wells Fargo. I can’t even comment on the staff here because there were only 2 tellers and absolutely no bankers. The tellers were each helping someone. But after waiting for 10 mins in a line behind 7 other people, and not a single person moving ahead, I had to leave. This is a very busy location. Don’t ever only have 2 tellers on duty. It’s poor management

    Some staff is nice. Horrible service overall. Customers are given wrong information. Then when the staff is found to be wrong after inconveniencing you they act like they couldn’t care less. I’ll never come in this branch again.

    Highly disappointed with this company. Went in for the PMA account and they roped us in by saying that we could have 0.4% interest on the account every 3 months and at the end of 3 months we would just need to call and they would renew the 3 months again. We moved to a different location and went to another wells fargo that was closer to renew and they manager did it and knew exactly how. So then I went to this branch in Exton after work one day and showed them the evidence of receiving .4% for over 7 months. I wanted them to renew it, but after 3 months of emailing the manager endlessly they gave me a "courteous" 3 more months and said that would be it afterward. So they claimed that I could get .4% forever and then went back on that...they passed my issue around until finally I just didn't hear back from anyone. I use to think that Wells Fargo was an honest business that ran themselves with integrity, but lately, that is not what I am finding... Unfortunately I don't have the time to change banks and go through that headache, otherwise I would. I'd give zero stars if I could.

    Excellent Service... I just have to mention one Ms Mae, who took additional efforts to my request and got it done before the expected time. Mae even called my cell and confirmed the message about my request....Awesome service..... she is the best....

    I visited your Branch in the USA a few days ago and spoke to a specific banker and took her business card as reference. I am now in the UK and have called her number innumerable times over the past 2 days - always going to voice-mail. I e-mailed her ... and NO reply. I have called the Branch number and am ALWAYS told that due to a high call volume I need to call back again later, thank you!! What is one to do to access the staff at Exton, PA19341. Is this WF customer service?
