Wells Fargo Bank Boston Post Rd, Larchmont

Worst customer service. When all the other banks were open for business they continued to keep the bank closed and only use the drive-through drive-through lines were very long very frustrating

I have been a customer since Wachovia and have great relationships with many managers and staff. It is because of these great relationships that I did not bail out and move my accounts after the consumer scandals hit the company. Unfortunately the manager at this location has made me think twice about that decision. After speaking to him in the phone I asked to speak to a manager and was told “I am the manager”. He sounded hung over and was quick to get me off the phone with out a solution other than to come pick my deposit back up he will gladly reverse it and I could take it somewhere else. I called the 800 number and each person I spoke to there made me feel like my issue mattered especially since it was time sensitive. I am not sure if this guy is a friend of a friend and that’s how he got his job, but he doesn’t reflect the professionalism, courtesy, integrity or mannerism tobe in a customer service industry.

Went to the Larchmont office about a week ago to make a deposit again, and I'm updating my last review. One of the office managers was letting another employee in the front door. They both were very nice and the manager wished me a nice day and smiled. Most improved customer service goes to : Larchmont Wells Fargo! Thanks guys!

Worst costumer service. They didn't want to help me Wells fargo in hartsdale helped me with the service they declined to provide

I went there trying to deposit money into the atm at 1242 and the machine was cut off. My bank account might overdraw because this . Smh
