    This is my favorite location of the two. Wells Fargo has never disappointed me as a financial institution. This location is rarely busy but when it is, it goes quickly. The tellers & clerks are always super friendly + helpful. Bug thanks to Amber + Christina for making my process a-lot smoother.

    Horrible attitude and terrible customer service. I have been a Wells Fargo member for over 20 years and my parents are 75 years old and have been with Wells Fargo since I was young. The lady who interacted with my dad told him it was going to be a long wait for a 2 minute notary he needed done. I asked her about how long and she said about 30 minutes. Since my dad is 75 and in no rush, he told her no problem and took a seat. Then she says it was going to be more like 45 minutes. My dad again said no problem he’ll wait. The woman rolled her eyes and mumbled something to the other employee she was standing next to. I guess she thought she was being courteous when she brought me a sticky note with the address to a postal annex store and told me that they could do the notary for him there. I told her that he didn’t want to drive anywhere else and that he didn’t have a problem waiting. With a horrible attitude, she continued to say that she was getting ready to open a new account for the guy that was already sitting there and she didn’t have time to do the notary. Needless to say, we left and won’t be going back there ..... ever !!! I don’t know what her position was at the bank , but she definitely needs more training on how to treat customers, especially long time members !! It’s not about being unable to get the notary. It’s about her rude, unnecessary attitude that convinced me to never bank there again.

    Worst customer service I have ever received in a Wellsfargo bank. I just went in to get some documents notarized and the banker who “helped” me was rude from the get go. She had the biggest attitude for no reason. Way to ruin my day ! If you ever stop here, ask for any other banker that is not Christina. Who knows they might know how to treat people. Because one thing is for sure she doesn’t!

    Called the branch, after waiting 10 minutes to get someone to answer the phone, a women by the name of Carissa answered and was the most unpleasant person to deal with. She acted like my call was interfering with her day.

    Just went to this bank and they are super nice, is the best, my teller, Juliana was super nice, i was in and out of the bank without delay. My favorite Wells Fargo

    I am a long time customer depositing a lot of money into Wells Fargo. The teller at this branch had an attitude and didn't help and offered bad and unattainable advice on how to deposit a check. I go 3 miles up the Rd problem solved.

    Poor customer service from the account specialist at this location. I came in to close one of my accounts which was only being used for a rental property. The lady that helped me not only failed to ask for identification, she didn't even bother to ask to why I wanted to close the account that had been open since 1996. To expedite the process and get me out of the door, she filled out the appropriate form for me to take to the teller. On the form, I noticed she had written my mother's name (an authorized user on my account) on the form. I had to bring to her attention that the name was incorrect and at that point she asked to verify my ID. Wow! I was about to withdraw funds and close an account! That does not make me feel good about banking with Wells Fargo.

    Absolutely a horrible bank. If I was not stuck with Wells Fargo I would not be with them. Please bank somewhere else.
