I believe we were the victims of discrimination on 2/15/22 at this all-Hispanic bank on Nellis and Harris. My stepfather is in the hospital and my stepbrother and I took POA papers in to have them help us get access to his account which is probably overdrawn and I need to stop the fees. They took my name and said we had one person ahead of us and we could not wait inside. I asked if they thought it would be an hour and they said maybe. An hour later I came back in and a different woman told me I had two people ahead of me. I questioned how it was now two and she pointed to two people with one employee and pointed to a black woman waiting at 1:05 and said she had a 1:30 appointment and said then I was next. I Said this could be another hour and she said yes. I waited the third hour and came back in and they told me they had appointments and I had to wait. It was only then I realized they never put me in as the "next person". Not one person was in the area as seen in the photo, except a boy playing with his phone. Never once did they tell me that they were booked solid (I only saw people there one time) and that I was being worked in only if there was a no-show or cancellation. I only needed to leave a copy of a POA and they could get back to me later but they never asked, never called me in when they were between meetings, and 2 of the 3 times, I went in no one was there and employees were only walking around their little area doing nothing. Wells Fargo is an inefficient bank paying staff to wait around and not help people in between. I asked for the manager and some man came over without a name tag and told me that I must have misunderstood without even listening. All Hispanic. I told him that I would certainly not wait in my car for three houses when I was in pain from an accident if they did not tell me I was next. They were not working, they were playing games, thought it was cute, not busy at all, did not explain anything, and did not make use of their time efficiently. I believe they treated me differently because I am white. I do not think an entire bank should be all Hispanic, that in itself is racist. I called WF on Howard Hughes to make a complaint, I am sure that went nowhere. I want to be contacted to discuss this.

A week ago my grandmother went into this bank and a racist man started hurling the N word at a woman. She left and another woman came in and threw an iced tea at the man and missed, hitting a bystander. The employees just sat there and watched as this happened and the situation kept escalating. After the racist left and the woman left, no one offered any towels or even checked on anyone to see if they were ok. This bank clearly needs security and we definitely don't feel safe there anymore.

I have gone to this bank for years when ever I needed something Notarized, no problems. Yesterday I went as I do periodically every year to Notarize a legal document. I entered and looked around, the first lady asked if she could help me and I asked if I could get something Notarized. She proceeded to ask me, without having even taken my name to have a seat in the lobby, I happily obliged. I waited and waited and waited and watched others get Notarized ahead of me. At this point another Associate was helping some people next to me, I asked her if I could get something Notarized. She proceeded to tell me that you must have an appointment to get a document Notarized and there are many more "Priority Customers Ahead of Me". First off, it literally took the first lady 5 minutes to do Notarization and she went back to her desk. Don't tell me you need a "Priority Appointment ". Secondly, if the rules have changed tell me when I walk in, don't ignore me and make me wait for an hour until I have to find out from someone else. At this point the second lady asked if I wanted to make an appointment for some day in the future, she said they would call me. I politely told her no and went a half block to the DMV Substation and had my document Notarized in 3 minutes.

I guess if you are black person you shouldn't use this bank. It has happened more than once where they took care of hispanic customers who pulled up after us. First couple times. We thought it just happened, but today the way she looked. We are sure that we are not welcomed here. When we pulled up she didn't say "hello" or "how can I help you" she didn't say anything but she was talking to other customers no problem. We have been with Wells Fargo 20 plus years, and the way we were treated was very disappointing. We guess we are gonna have to find another location.

I walked in this morning and had the worst teller. Judith was very rude and had a nasty attitude. I asked for another teller and proceeded to ignore that. I will never visit this location again.

I’m here with my ID and debit card. They refused to release my cash. The bank manager put extended hold on my last deposits. And she refused me to access the rest of my balance. She said “it might say available on your phone but it is actually not”. I just drove to another branch and withdrew my balance minus extended holds. No problems at all. This branch refused to serve me because the manager is RACIST. She thought I’m a criminal and she did everything she could to block my money. Reported to the HQ. if you’re an attorney and think we have a case contact me

Walked in today with a crutch and a red cast. I was the Black Woman. The purpose of my visit was to 1)obtain a money order; 2)open an account and then 3)talk to someone about refinancing my new townhouse; appraised recently at $210K. I paid $147K in 2016. The greeter directed me to the handicapped window, upon approaching a white gentle man was finishing up his transaction. He quickly got up, spoke and pulled my chair out allowing me to sit down. When I sat down and looked up there was no one at the window; in other words the teller disappeared without an acknowledgement of my presence. Upon waiting rather patiently; someone peeked around the corner with something in her hand and asked "Has anyone came to see about you?" I shook my head "no." She said oh okay and disappeared again. I really thought that she was going to sit down at that very moment. Waited rather patiently again and a lady sat down with what felt to me "with caution and apprehension" with her hands crossed and clasped together on the desk to create "a barrier" between us and the clear window. I waited patiently again, for her to ask a question and she did really want to know why I was there...go figure? I told her I wanted to obtain a money order and she asked, very quickly and "sternly;" Do you have an account? I said no and waited for the next obvious question...Would you like to open one today? Instead, she stated "you have to have an account" and with no explanation as to why that is a requirement. She then took the blank deposit/withdrawal slip she had started writing on and tossed it simultaneously as she said "sorry and check city is a few miles down." It was raining and I pointed to my crutch and cast. As I got up she said "sorry." As I turned to get up and walk, the greeter made eyes with the teller as I walked, passing her in the process. As I approached the front door to leave she had finally caught up to me and opened the door with no by or have a great day. Instead I told her "thank you" and she responded at that time. "Oh you too." She could have asked "Did we satisfy your needs today?" Lastly, as I left; instead of her holding the door until I was all the way out; she allowed the door to swing as it approached into my right foot, the one with the bright red cast. I could have walked faster to miss the door; instead I stopped in my tracks to allow the door to hit my foot. She then leaned in and caught the door. I then walked out and looked back at her with an evil eye and walked away.
