    Have come to this branch for various purposes and the staff have always been extremely courteous, accommodating, efficient and honest. They always set clear expectations about the wait time, what information is needed etc. Reliable center. (Never done a drive through in this location, always in person)

    Bank hours online and posted on the doors say they open at 9, there were also employees behind the counter but yet the doors were locked and drive threw was closed. It was 9:20 am. When i knocked on the doir the just stared at me and went about there business, then when i pulled threw the drive thru to see why they still werent open they proceeded to ignore me. I will not be returning to this wells fargo, dont bother driving out of your way to come here, because they apparently dont feel like opening when they are suppose to! Absolutely rediculous!!

    TL;DR: Come to this branch for DMV-style customer service. I just spent over half an hour in the drive through line to get a cashier‘s check (something I had done at a Wells Fargo branch just a few months ago), and when it was finally my turn, the banker informed me that it was no longer possible to get cashier’s checks in the drive through, but they would be very happy to help me inside. This was 25 minutes prior to closing, and there was a line outside the front door that stretched halfway across the building. So I seriously doubt that it would actually have been possible for me to get into the bank at all…never mind the fact that I had already waited in line for more than half an hour. Beyond the practical consequences of my not being able to get a cashier’s check today (which are non-trivial, though not devastating), the thing that really upset me here was the Soviet/DMV-like manner in which the cashier stood behind “official policy” and made it so obvious that she didn’t care at all about how this would affect me. A few years back, we had to fight to have some checking account fees waived after a Wells Fargo banker had lied through his teeth just a few weeks prior and told us our proposed account structure wouldn’t incur any fees. So I really shouldn’t be surprised by this. Yet somehow, the bloodless “rules are rules” attitude displayed at this branch surprised even me. Ok then, time to Google around and see if any retail banks exist which are both big enough to provide modern services like online banking, but with a reputation for treating customers with a modicum of respect.

    One of the worst banks in the country the people that work there are rude and have very ugly attitudes and it’s super hard to get a loan here even if you have great credit. Take your money somewhere else

    No one ever answers the phone. Now I have to drive over there, stand around in the lobby and wait forever because they are super-slow here, to ask a simple question about foreign currency.

    Just a heads up if you're headed to the bank today. Due to the pandemic the bank is only operating via the drive-thru. The lines are very long and the processing time per car is on average 10 minutes. This is infuriatingly frustrating. I understand things aren't gonna be normal for a while but they need some help in the bank to learn to expedite this process. In the three lines today there were at least 20 cars just parked waiting. This took well over an hour. A word of advice, go first thing in the morning as early as you can.

    I'm 400 miles away from home on a Saturday and they turn off my credit card as I'm getting gas. I call and they said they turned it off due to 'security concerns' and I have to visit a Wells Fargo branch to deal with it. Well I'm 400 miles from home with no money, no gas, and NO BRANCHES ARE OPEN TODAY. These POS's need to be sued.

    Terrible service. Sign at front says, "appointment only". After waiting 20 minutes at the drive up, was told I should have used the other lane, which was marked "commercial". I am not a commercial customer. Teller then advised I should have come inside. Ridiculous.
