Wells Fargo Bank Ne 175th St, Woodinville

The drive up tellers at this Wells Fargo are the nicest I’ve ever encountered. Always kind, with something nice to say and they have lollipops for my littles so everyone is happy!! Super recommend!!

We give this bank at the Woodinville location 5 stars. Been a customer for over 40 years and service is always great, doesn't matter if you come in the front or back door, someone immediately acknowledges your presence. We've raced in 5 minutes before closing and smiles were there!

Because most banking can be done on our smart phones or computers I don't actually go into my bank often. This week my sisters (2) and I had some paperwork that needed guaranteed signatures. Without getting into a lot of details we each bank at different banks. My sisters were told by one bank didn't offer that service anymore and the other bank would not help us unless we all had accounts there. We then went to Wells Fargo in Woodinville (my bank) where we were helped by one of the bankers. He went above and beyond in helping us, even staying 30 minutes after the bank closed and when we walked out we had all of our paperwork taken care of. Even though I don't often go to the bank, each time I have gone in to Wells Fargo in Woodinville I have found the employees to be really friendly and helpful.

Wells Fargo with great service staff. The tellers are always smiling at me, friendly, and quick to get my money deposited :-) I have had no issues with this branch whatsoever.

Our business bank. Little issues now and then like every bank, but generally we feel pretty taken care of. Their mobile app is nice and easy to use. Good people in this branch.

They are so kind to their customers unlike other places they actually take time to help you to the fullest extent sadhvi Is the best banker I've ever worked with and she helped me learn how to use the wellsfargo mobile app the other one in Bothell just sent me with a number to call which didn't help but here in Woodinville sadhvi sits down and works with you ask for her in bankers for sure she'll get the job done

Very mixed reviews of this bank. Sometimes the people are wonderful, and other times non responsive. I've left multiple messages for people to call me back and it just rarely happens. When in person everyone is nice, but it's just so difficult to do anything over the phone as they consistently leave me hanging and I have to call multiple times to get simple things done. Good in person. Terrible remotely. Plan for that.

One of the Male tellers at this location counted our deposit short by 400$ and when I insisted to use the machine to count it he said they are not allowed to use the machine for personal deposits
