    soooo this is my second review I’ve waited a month to see if this Wells Fargo branch improves but it doesn’t, it’s been 4 hour since I cashed my check, but my checking plan says it will give me my deposit quick, staffing is poor they just sit and socialize I seen this guy sit in line for hours with all these other people that had real problems just to see his sister that’s a teller there high, and I guess they thought it was social time cause they started talking anyway he didn’t even cash or deposit nothing he just waited in line to say high😂I don’t know it’s just not professional.(WORST BANK IN CHICO BY FAR!!! I recommend chase or Bank of America this place is just putting a bad reputation on Wells Fargo it’s sad.

    the employee i spoke to was impatient and unwilling to work with me on discussing the predatory monthly service fees WF has been deducting from me. she offered no solutions to me and instead agreed that i should call customer service despite us being there at the physical location.

    Fransisco was an awesome banker. I had an issue with an overdraft that he immediately fixed, and was able to close out my old account very quickly. Thanks!

    The tellers are helpful if you have 30 mins to wait in line. They are FAR too concerned with having pleasant conversation with each customer. I waited half an hour behind three people being helped.. or three people having small talk rather. Chat it up if theres no line, but just do your job if you have people waiting.

    This branch is RIDICULOUSLY SLOW. To much small-talk to keep the line moving. 25 minute wait with 4 tellers doing nothing behind, 2 at the counters, and only 2 people in front of me. EVERY TIME.

    My wife went in to the branch office and asked to make a payment on our daughters credit card. Apparently this is not a normal practice, however, the branch had done it for almost a year. The Teller manager was called over and treated her with such dis-respect it made my wife feel humiliated. We were not asking to break policy, but just to pay a credit card bill. I would have expected more professionalism, as well as an attitude of trying to help rather than being treated in such a condescending way. It looks like the branch management needs to go back to "Customer Service 101" training.

    I go I to this bank all the time. They had good customer service and they took care of me, until they didn't. I switched banks, they got a new teller manager, and now they no longer take care of me. The new manager has bad customer service, she is never nice, or welcoming. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

    If I could leave no stars I would. Been banking here for almost 5 years now and I felt totally disrespected at this branch by a lady teller who showed my Personal info to my EX gf .totally childish and unprofessional. Very lucky I didn't press charges. Also this branch hires nothing but young people that don't and cant hold a professional role. I feel sorry for thos branch. Go to the other locations.

    This is a terrible bank in genral but this branch is the worst!! The employees have no idea what they are doing, if you ask three of them the same question, you get three different answers, I know I just did it today. I run a small business here in Chico, and I refuse to accept checks from anyone who banks here period 👎no exceptions ever....they charge there own customers ridiculous fees to use there own money and if you try to cash a check with them they make it nearly impossible and charge you and the person trying to cash the check!!! Pass on this place if your smart!! ANY BANK IS BETTER CLOSE YOUR EYES AND PICK ONE AND ITS BETTER FOR SURE.....
