    Wells Fargo is unquestionably the worst bank if you need anything beyond a basic checking account. Their fees are the highest for any services, Customer service is horrific, they cancel appointments without notice and continually pass the buck. Their app doesn't work, Chase is the best

    First off the manager is rude, I tried depositing some change and she would not take it because it was not rolled. 2and theres no security and transients everywhere I went to the ATM in the morning before work and there was someone asleep in the ATM booth smh they need automatic locking doors and 24hr security ....

    you can not enter the ATM does not accept the card outside to open the door it's been weeks and nobody does anything to solve it bad service in this place

    Garbage customer service, tried to put money from a pay card onto my checking and they denied me. So I tried to close my account then they wouldn’t let me do it in the same day. Lied to on phone when they said they had no manager there, then he got caught up and said they did. Take your money to mechanics bank trust me, i’m switching. They don’t value your business.

    Fell victim to scammers a short time ago. They deposited an $1100 electronic personal check in my account. Wasn’t aware until after the fact. They used my info to claim the funds were stolen and Wells Fargo temporarily refunded the account, without placing a temporary hold on the personal check. I had no knowledge of the check or the fraudulent claim. Wells Fargo eventually discovered the check was fictitious and eventually tried to force me to cover the loss ($1100). I refused and opened an account at a different bank. They wouldn’t allow me to close the account because it was overdrawn. They gave up after a few months and I closed the account. Had Wells Fargo placed a temporary hold on the check, it would not have happened, yet they tried to hold me accountable when I was victimized. Left and never looked back!!

    Very Bad experience, I have Account since last 10 years in Wells Fargo bank, I go there apply for a credit line with Katherine Ramirez, today almost more then a week not any response? when I call & ask the status talk to Veronica couple times she said we call you back within 15 minutes but no one ☝️ call 📞 back, rude staff better change the management

    Walked in to open a new account and this branch has no clue what customer service is. I had to walk up to these employees who acted like a couple to get acknowledgment. They were flirting standing around doing nothing; not helpful at all.

    I walked in, and every single employee greeted me with a smile, I don't think I've ever felt more welcomed, especially in a bank. Destiny was the girl at the counter, I'm not sure if she was being trained, or training, but there were two other girls at the counter whose names I forgot. They even gave me some great advice on how to make my transaction even simpler. Definitely the best Wells Fargo in town.

    06/22/21 Only two people attending and they do not have air conditioning, the wait was long, they will need to improve customer service, there were more than 10 people
