I visited the Landover Road Location in Maryland approximately three times. The first was to open a joint account(I was unable to do this without an appointment), the second was for the appointment and the last was to recieve a temporary debit card. I have been disappointed all three times. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that the teller who would be assisting me was out on vacation. No one thought to make a curtious call to inform me that no one would be able to assist me before the appointment, they also did not offer any other suggestions or reschedule the appointment. The last time I visited this location was this past Friday to recieve a temporary bank issued debit card. I was told that I would be unable to recieve one because the bank no longer has this as an option for its customers and that I could use my digital card/wallet in the mean time. This is an inconvenience to customers who frequent stores that do not have the tap feature for your digital card and also in order to pay Bill's you will need an actual card number. That of which the digital card feature does not provide.The customer service that I have recieved has been degrading to the Wells Fargo standards that I am used to. I will be looking to bank with another company because it is obvious Wells Fargo does not have any regards for their customer.

The most racist, ugly customer service ever ! I came in to deposit a check and worker started asking me questions and treating me a certain way , I will now close all of my Wells Fargo account , I hate this bank and the way they made me feel ! DO BETTER ITS 2022 , YOUNG PEOPLE CAN MAKE BIG MONEY TOO !

Worst Wells Fargo in the area. I come here a couple times a month and busy or not I wait in line here for what seems like ages. Only 1 employee I see that works here constantly greets me the rest are minding their business.

Barry Robinson customer care and approach were way to disgusting, time consuming, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. He acts unprofessional and bossy type. He is a selfish and proud person. I am shutting my current accounts with WELL FARGO and will never ever recommend the bank and even this branch for any service to anyone if he “Barry Robinson” is still the manager. GOOD BYE WELLS FARGO, if you have such people in your management, I am sure I cannot go too far with you!! I have had the worst ever customer service experience twice for one week. And guess who it was, no-one else, but Barry Robinson the so-called Branch Manager. I don’t know how comes he has been assigned as a branch manager, he has zero skills in customer care and approach. He is very loud, rude and disrespectful. I was there to open an account and this gentleman has answer all my questions at the main entrance super loudly and in funny way in-front of all other customers and I don’t know why. He could have take me to his desk and explain me what I need to do rather rejecting a customer at the entrance. Is this what wells Fargo call customer care and service. His approach was very disrespectful and not acceptable at all. During my second visit he approach me again and this time he took me to his desk, and his very first question was. I have seen you very often why you are here again. And, I was like really – are you this serious am I here for an argue or seeking your assistance. His response was I have told you that you can open account online, but you still visiting us. Now imagine if a customer visiting a branch to open an account, he would have his obstacles in place therefore he reaches a banker to assist him/her to open an account for him/her, but he didn’t help and ask us to call or do it online. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!

Nephew tried to open an acct; he had ID, birth cert, no ss card but had the number. He was denied, they said he looked suspicious. If he is showing personal info what exactly was he going to do? Just wanted to open an acct to save money from new job. 21 and first banking experience, sad. This is why I don’t go to this Wells, the area is not the best but now profiling. Sometimes we are harder on our own people.

I have never been pleased to this branch. I've been with wellsfargo for almost 10 years and every Branch I went - I have been helped within 10 mins. As of now, been sitting here for more than 35 mins and haven't gotten any helped yet. They are the most slow people and doesn't feel like the need of helping their customers. I am very dissatisfied!! Never again will come in this location ever again!

Today I went over there for some business service. And no banker was available over there. That’s no problem but one WF employee stay outside in crazy winter and said tell me here your question. No hospitality.

Horrible customer service. Only 1 teller on a busy day. Two tellers were doing other paperwork while there were at least 11 people in line. One office executive say ar her desk while people were waiting.
