    We came in and met with Cindy, a long term employee (25 years!) of this branch. She was wonderful and assisted us with all of our needs. That was 6 months ago. Today I called in and was looking to refinance my vehicle. She let me know that they no longer offered vehicle refinancing. She gave me the option of a personal loan, and though it didn’t meet my needs, I appreciated that. I let her know that I was still shopping rates and had a question about a very decent rate offer that I had received. She answered my question, and reassured me that everything with my current refinance offer was good. She went above and beyond to advise me, and she didn’t have to. That is some great customer service. Thanks Cindy!

    I work for the company and bring deposit to this branch location sometimes.I have to say that I been with a company and with Wells Fargo for over 20 years . I like that this branch process deposit quickly , but today I was humiliated and brought to tears in front of other Wells Fargo clients and my own 7 years old daughter. When I came to branch and got to the window I asked the teller if he can process merchant deposit He went to ask if it’s ok for him to process and then came back and started doing that . All of the sudden the branch manager came to the window and introduced herself . After that she said in very impolite and loud voice that after I finished at the window I have to step to another window because they want to talk to me about how I treat their employees. They accused me that the last time I brought deposit and person name Liza who processed it felt uncomfortable doing it for me. I asked very politely if in any way I was rude or said something offensive to the person who processed deposit last time , the manager said “no “ .I asked to call Liza , it was her day off. She said that teller Liza felt uncomfortable that I was almost aggressive while she was processing my deposit ( she couldn’t describe how I was showing my aggressiveness and why teller Liza felt that way perhaps because I wasn’t talking much while waiting as usual for her to finish ???) . I recently went through the family loss and do not feel like talking much . The branch manager is so unprofessional, no customer service skills at all . Accusing clients in front of other people and in front of my daughter ? Do not go there you don’t know what else they can feel and accuse you at .

    We have been banking here for our business for almost 9 years! The customer service is always top notch. Today I was assisted by Yana. She was so personable, and made me feel like I was connecting with a friend rather than visiting my bank. Any business owner would be thrilled to have such a bright personality on their team!     Today’s annoyance: I tried calling this morning and again this afternoon to get some notary questions answered. I have not had any success with getting someone to answer the phone. I even called the main 1-800 number and even they couldn’t get through to this branch. From reading the reviews, it looks like other people have had this issue as well. So unprofessional. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I also ran into an issue recently where the drive-thru ATM ran out of $20s. All they had were $50s. I ended up parking and using their walk-up ATM to withdraw the $80 I needed, but I thought it would be worth mentioning. Other than not being able to get a hold of anybody over the phone, we’ve had no other major issues at this location.

    What this branch couldn’t do for me another branch did !! Was helped by Lorena ( rolls of eyes) every time I get her I already know something’s going to happen she always asks me questions in regards to my accounts, & that’s fine but I go to Wells Fargo bank 2-3 times a week all over Milwaukie, Portland, beaverton, and vancouver and never have I been asked a single thing, Lorena is the only banker that has ever asked me.. any ways I came in today to withdraw $$ as I always do, have been doing this for two years now 2-3 times a week I know the process, ext today for the 1st Time I was told that I needed my husband at the branch to withdraw money out of my account..!!? I get the rules and policy’s but that’s my account I have been withdrawing money for a while now and never have I EVER had any issues.. I was so mad took my ID and left told her and management that I was going to a branch were I was going to be helped.. and I was !! Never coming to this branch again !!! I was so close to taking my business elsewhere if it wasn’t for the management and banker at the other branch that talked to me..

    All I needed was a current balance with my name on it, printed on a piece of paper. They refused to do that for me. Teller could give balance, but without any identifying data... I needed something as proof of funds for a land purchase. Total fail. And now, I went in there to wire some money. I've ALWAYS been told that Wells Fargo (the only bank I've ever seen with a cutoff) cuts off all transactions at 4 PM. That was moderately reasonable, giving them one hour of the workday to clean up and whatnot. Now their cutoff is just after lunch. Like I said, there's no other bank that I've ever done business with that has a wiring cutoff like Wells Fargo. So I grouse about that, and the manager, Eddy Patrick, tells me to shut up or leave. I shouldn't have to mention how extremely ghetto this place is. The way the place is put together makes me wonder if I'm going to get robbed in their lobby. Totally ghetto.

    Busy branch. They don’t answer the phone, but I think that’s just company wide. Staff is great & friendly. Never have had any issues with this branch.

    I like this bank but they need a better wheelchair safe access to there parking lot and the need a crosswalk between them and the mall parking lot for wheelchair safety so we don't get hit trying to cross that busy road!!

    Trying to get in contact with wells fargo. They called monday for our appointment Thursday. We missed the call by 20mins they told us to call back. We have been calling and every time it rings then states that everyone is busy. How are we suppose talk about an up coming appointment if the call is never answered? This has happened before as well.
