    If I could give this branch a zero I would. The employees are nice and helpful but getting to speak to them is the problem. I waited over an hour just to find out there were two appointments that would go before me.There should be a team member that notifies you of an expected wait time. I will never use this location going forward.

    Slowest cashiers ever! And management doesn’t help, they see the line is all the way to the door and they won’t open a register to help, so we are forced to wait on the only TWO CASHIERS😩 why can’t we purchase money orders at the ATM inside the bank?? And no I’m not getting it mailed to me cause that would be another headache if it gets lost!

    Bankers always working hard at this location but they can’t keep up with the customers when there’s only 3 tellers. Ever since they started replacing tellers with ATMs wells fargo isn’t the same! They don’t even have a commercial line and after 17 years of good relationship i will be closing my personal, savings and business accounts

    I am a customer for Wells Fargo for a very long time. Even my account is with them… I came to this branch and brought someone to open an account. We were sitting and we were ignored, I had to call the branch number and finally somebody came and explain to us and said they don’t greet , very rude lady , the funny thing is she could see us from her office door and was ignoring us… I have a business and I know you have to greet people, other banks That I have been to greet and ask if you need help and direct you… Love people it’s your job and be nice it doesn’t cost you anything.. you get paid because of the customer remember that. God bless you and change your management and attitude

    Easily one of the most useless Wells Fargo I’ve ever been too. The branch manager is insanely rude and just says “sorry our system says this” if she doesn’t want to do anything. Not to mention getting them on the phone is impossible since they also just hang up the phone if it rings.

    There is only one or 2 Tailer and line of customers. I m waiting almost 1 hour to make deposit. This is not fair

    Very slow service they only got 1 cashier helping over 10 persons in line. My waiting time will like an hour....ONCE AGAIN SAME EXCUSE FROM MANAGEMENT. "I GOT 4 HIRING POSITIONS AVAILABLE AND NO ONE WANTS TO WORK HERE".... SAME SLOW SERVICE.. ......POOR MANAGEMENT......

    Keegan Gross is the WORST branch manager (for customer service)I’ve ever experienced at a Wells Fargo Bank! I sensed a bit of discrimination by her! She did not honor my appointment to open a business account and she would not return my original DBA form I’ve already submitted to the banker! This is unacceptable and she should be fired! 17317 north freeway is the branch location. Hopefully I can get better service at another branch location.

    Bank was completely empty during lunch time. I was in and out in 5 min, including filling out the withdrawal form by hand.

    I do not understand why during the worst times of our lives right now this bank will be so slow and insufficient. They only have one teller working on a Friday and she is very slow. I understand the social distancing policy and the need for it....but why only one teller on a busy day like Friday. Unbelievable and to think I switched banks due to I thought Wells Fargo would be better than Capitol One.
