    I needed a roll of quarters to get around on all the tollways. They stated there is a shortage right now and they can only give quarters to businesses. Even though I’m a customer it doesn’t matter. They said they could only give me a few dollars in quarters. Even though the tollways only take quarters…. This is ridiculous. I will probably start banking with Wells Fargo. This is getting awful.

    Had an appointment to set up another account which took 3wks to get, we get there and despite a conformation email we were told we didn't have an appointment and nothing available for another 2wk. The place is so short staffed it's ridiculous

    I withdrew $200 from atm machine and was charged double. Sent proof of receipt and submitted a claim I have yet received a call back they have yet to even reach out to the atm company. Will not give me a temporary credit even with proof but yet I have to wait 10 days. When I call to speak to a supervisor the agent says wait 35 minutes. This bank is a joke literally!

    The business only line is not available anymore- don't try to pop in on your lunch break. The new branch manager treated me like I was an annoyance when I tried to go to where the business only line used to be. She also rudely asked where I worked and then told me I was the only person from my company who had a problem with it. I've had a personal account at this bank for 20 years and have a small business account at this bank not to mention the national company I work for uses Wells Fargo for banking. She wouldn't know because she was only interested in making me feel like an annoying customer. She even suggested that I go to another branch if I didn't like waiting in long lines for my lunch break. Thanks for making me feel like I matter!

    So as much as I like some of the bankers here at the branch who are super friendly and always help me out.. this bank has sadly been slipping down hill very fast. First they took away the business line which was very convenient when the lines were long. But now the lines are sometimes ridiculously long with only 2 tellers behind the counter and 1 working the drive through which doesn't help anyone in the inside line when there's no one outside. So it might as well still only be 2 behind the counter.. And while there's a huge line, there an employee standing next to the line just to converse to the customers in line. This is unacceptable. Instead of asking how my day was and asking to be patient, they should get behind the counter and help out. It's like oh no, I can't do that, my pay grade is above that now. My words not theirs. But that's how it feels..2 tellers is clearly not enough....and lastly, I was told today that having Deposit Only on the back of the check will not be accepted. Are you kidding me? How stupid. Starting to get fed up. Originally gave 5 stars. Then went down to 3. Now it's at 1 star. Sorry. When you start going forward with improvements instead of backwards, I will update this review considering this is now the 3rd update of going down in stars and can't get any lower. Only way is up now, at least I hope.

    Ah Wells Fargo, you've done it again... reminded me just how much I despise banking with you. No, I don't want to pay $7.00 to cash a check issued from your bank. I will gladly go to my bank and wait for the check to clear. This is the same thing that caused me to yank all of my business accounts 3 years ago. Remember? You were charging me to deposit cash. CASH into your bank! Sigh... pain in the keester.

    Best bank, best Mgr, she makes sure accounts are safe and secure unlike other banks that care just about how many customers they have! And how about you Adam, put someone down on here, what boat did you come off of, sit there behind your computer and put people down, didn't your mother ever teach you about Bullying !Go to her face and tell her that. I bet she will take care of you then! If you dont like the Bank move on! I love Wells Fargo!

    When I went to cash my check there, I felt that I was being watch by one of the female managers. I felt so uncomfortable there. She 1st approach me and asked me did I have a debit card and I looked at her like "What". Then proceed to follow me and stand behind me talking to a lady. Went up to a teller and she watched me the whole time. No reason given ar all. Then when I walked out, she watched me as I got into my car and left... Smh Never again..

    I've only been with wells Fargo for a short while although there are some things I do not agree with so far they are a good branch. I hope I don't run into any future problems but for now they are alright with me. As far as TD Bank I will NEVER bank with them again. Smh favoritism is alive and well and I don't like it.
