    Service was terrible ,7 tellers and two only open inside with a line that wrapped around the bank . The teller was rude and disturbing that she gave her option to me to bank with someone else if I didn't want to pay a 7 plus fee for cashing a work check that is there's ,that is what greed in business is called " Money in the Bank " no love in service for our people because with your money in there hand s there is no BANK job , period. Like a freeway should be free ,and not fine or charge for toll roads ,

    These people disrespectful and they don’t know what they doing I have an appointment with them They keep me waiting because no more people in customer service When I ask to update my info on the system They called customer support too many time and keep make everything hard to don’t continue because they have a lot of customer All I did today waisted 2 hours in this bad branch.

    Teller got mad cus i didnt have my debit card too withdraw money,so i used my i.d.,and he started giving attitude so i started giving attitude u wamt respect u have too give respect.

    This place is a joke, I made an appointment and they made me wait an hour after I made it and still can’t see me yet, what is the point of making appointments if they don’t honor them?

    This review is regarding the drive thru ATM only. Sometimes the keypad doesn't work and you can't enter your pin correctly. Surprised it hasn't been fixed yet.

    Got my paycheck today and had to go to three wells Fargo because a bank doesn't have enough cash. Had a Wells Fargo in westminister call the Wells Fargo in upland and spoke with Roxanne who said she could cash it. Drove 44 Miles to upland only to have the assistant manager Cecelia Velasco who's attitude was horrible tell me she wouldn't cash it because my second Id which is valid had a hole punch because I now have another state license. None of the information was missing and it had a valid expiration date. She acted out if ignorance and lack of training. I asked her for her business card so I could file a complaint and she proceeded to call the police and would not give me her business card. Even the teller seemed disgusted by her actions. I have cashed multiple checks using the same id's at Wells Fargo banks without any grief. I would not recommend anybody opening an account with them as there people skills suck. I will be posting reviews daily until she is replaced. Even if it only keeps one customer from doing business here it will be worth it. I did speak with Roxanne the service manager and she asked what expiration were we supposed to use for the second Id. I told here the one on the id would do. Then she said but I thought it was hole punched. I told her no its just the top left corner which show that I hold a licence in two states. Then she said oh I thought the date was punched. So there you go. When Cecelia Velasco called her over the phone she gave incorrect information which caused this whole mess. I tried to explain it to her but she would not listen and came at me with more attitude and when I stood up and pushed the chair in and asked for her business card she ran away and called the police who drove rite by me fast like the place was being robbed. Can you believe it? Hurry and join this bank so you can get a taste of how horrible you will be treated. I did file a complaint with Wells Fargo so let's see what happens.

    wells fargo charges unjust fees to cash a check if you do not hold an account there- $7.50. its a fabricated fee so they can profit anyway possible. fee's are typically charged for checks when a check cashing facility is taking a risk of the check not being good. i understand that, however wells Fargo has access to the verify account in question; they already know that the check would be good or not. so there is absolutely no risk involved. i have gone to other banks with the same check and have not paid fees. i am returning to this bank with the proof next week. i never seen a bank put up such a fight to rip people off. this bank has nice tellers but the leadership does not care about customer service at all. poor leadership

    The teller helping me was taking her of her own business on the while helping me out. Also when she first asked me what I needed help with she straight up walked away in the middle of me telling her what I needed help with.
