Wells Fargo Bank Queen Anne Ave N, Seattle

Welcoming staff. They answered all my questions and were kind. It’s a little sketchy where this Wells Fargo is located but they get the job done:)

Been with them 20 years. They are pretty consistently awful. I mostly bank with Ally these days, but WF is useful if you need an immediate large cash withdraw or cashier's check.

Who knew a bank could be so overwhelmingly helpful?! Amelia and the entire team always have a great attitude and can help with every and any banking need that I have come across. There is almost never a line and if there is it moves quickly. I always leave with a smile on my face. I highly recommend this location.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 2009, when I came to this country. And their service seems to get better and better by the time, so much that I sometimes find it hard to laugh when Bill Maher and Jon Stewart start painting "Wall Street" and bankers as the evil guys. Maybe I am a little biased - because no other institution has felt more like home to me in America than the offices of Wells Fargo. Only last December, I was preparing to go back to my country [a freshly-minted American citizen with not much in the bank for her name] and the guys in this special branch [everyone from the Teller to the Banker to his Manager] went above and beyond [including going through their cash register, without my asking, to make sure I get newer dollar bills that make all the difference when you go abroad] so my trip would be as easy and worry-free as possible. I did, indeed, felt like I was among friends. After my return they have been working with me, out of their own initiative, in making my finances were in order and my credit score looks the better for it. I love you guys and I am indebted to your forever.

Over 15 min waiting time while 2 bankers are free of customers. Guessing FB is taking over their professionalism. Unbelievable.

Have now had two sub par experiences at this bank. Would not recommend them. They do not seems very detail oriented. My advice. find another bank.

You cannot trust this bank; I had to close my account once I found out about the scams of them opening fake accounts. Indefensible.
