I’m sorry but this brunch is closed all the time, the ATM machine doesn’t work… NEVER!! I love Wells Fargo… but this brunch it’s far away to be a good one!

Notary told me he could not notarize my mortgage documents because it is not a Wells Fargo mortgage despite me having a bank account with them. I will close my account with Wells Fargo do to this. He claimed it was a *new* policy.

Unprofessional staff! Refused to access my account and help kept referring me to the online service. Customer service was appalling gave 2 different contradictory stories when asked a question and was given the run around staff at this branch do not want to work and are lazy !

Had made an appointment online to meet with a banker. I received a confirmation email. When I got to the bank, a lady came out and told me that they never called to confirm. Told me basically to do things online and in the drive thru. Bad customer service. Bad attitude. Avoid this branch. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 5 years now. The lady at the drive thru was very nice though.

The drive through wait might be as long as a movie. The ATM machine frequently doesn't work. The tellers are very nice, but also slow. This Wells Fargo needs to be revamped.

This Wells Fargo has the worse customer service I have encountered. I simply asked the teller who was taking her time with issuing two certified checks if there was an issue and she became very irritated with my asking and gave me an attitude. Professionalism should always be priority and practiced at all times.

I deposit cash weekly with no issue. I usually do it drive thru. There is one lady who always give me s problem because she doesn’t want to count the money and wants me to go inside making my relationship with Wells Fargo very inconvenient

Went through the drive through, I gave the teller my credit card and told her I needed to make a payment on my credit card. Went on my way. Got home to look on my online banking to see that she made a deposit into my checking account. I don't understand how a person can be so incompetent to do that when I have her my credit card and said I needed to make a payment on it. Called them and they refused to make it so that the money didn't show in my account. They simply just took the money out of my checking and made the payment. I did not want this transaction to show up on my checking account statement and they refused to do so. Extremely disappointed with them. Won't ever go back to this location.
