Very disappointed Saturday. I asked the teller to talk to a banker. She was very rude. Been a customer since Marquette was sold to them. Never had a bad experience before. She said he was busy. I asked if I could wait. She said no. I have serval including accounts including ira. Never been treated this way beforehand. If my investment guy would not be as good as he is I would have closed all of my accounts that day except i have a great investment advisor

My last few experiences with this bank/branch have been very disappointing. I have been a long time Wells Fargo customer but decided to close my accounts and use a bank with better customer service.

This bank is poor at best. Tried to have cash deposited in my account from a renter and was refused. No problems at other Wells fargo just this one. Very poorly managed. Surprised they keep it open with the service that they provide.

I needed a temporary debit card as I had misplaced mine, NOT LOST IT! They refused to help me at the drive through, even though I told them I was extremely compromised by covid and unable to walk without a great deal of help. No biggie to them. Had to leave with no help. Hasn't their tech department figured out how to get a signature at the drive through? Sheesh! Even Sam's Club does business in the parking lot on a portable machine. Very bad place for handicapped to do business. Been here since 1987 but looking to change after this last straw.

Discrimination! First time using this branch had a big paycheck I look dirty and my car looks bad went through the drive-thru the teller wouldn't cash my check they had to do an investigation first because I didn't look like I make that much money discrimination it was a Wells Fargo account check to my Wells Fargo account took them 20 minutes I waited and waited and all they had to say was sorry they had trouble with the check I never had problems anywhere else bad experience discrimination judging book by the cover 😤

Terrible my wallet got stolen out of my car last night I got in at 1 an hour before closing I waited in line for 25 minutes and she told me no one could help me because they were all busy till closing in my experience if you get in an hour before and wait in line for 25 minutes you get to meet with someone.. it’s my bank they are supposed to help me with these situations the bank teller was nothing but rude telling me that’s why people set up appointments well I didn’t get to pick when my wallet got stolen all I wanted was help getting a temporary card not that hard and it’s still open for another 40 minutes! But I basically got kicked out because I needed help with something they didn’t wanna help with because it took too long.. like I have fraud on my account and no one cared at all.. it seemed like it was just too much of a hassle for them before closing time.. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and they said they didn’t have one! DO NOT BANK HERE if you get into a messed up situation the day your rent is due no one will help

Good bank but I hate Wal-Mart like greeters that attacks you with questions, at every wells Fargo accross the country. The person I understand is doing there job, but it's stupid annoying and makes me hate going to the bank. I wish wells would just get rid of the greeter position. Maybe hire another effing teller so I don't have to stand in line so long.

Terrible experience with this bank, the bankers seem to have no idea what they are doing and take far too long to resolve very basic problems. I will never deal with Wells Fargo ever again.
