What's happening to wellsFargo customer service they are becoming very rude and disrespectful I have been a loyal customer for years but now I have to think about looking at my choice there are so many banks that they would love to have new customers and your service fee is unbelievable!! I can't believe this bank is going 10 to 0!

    Response from the owner

Please email me at [email protected] with your full name, phone number, and address (no account numbers). Be sure to mention you posted a review on a Wells Fargo location as well so I can forward your concerns appropriately. Thanks so much. -AJ, Wells Fargo HL Social

Went in today, and found that they took away the coffee they used to offer. The employee at the front said it was because people were making mess. * Having coffee is a very basic hospitable thing to have as a business. I was already mad because I needed to go in to get a money order, which requires a $5 fee (which should be free if you are member for the last 7 years). This, all paired with their discontinued coin counting machines, has shown me that WF is a garbage company to bank with. I will be switching banks very soon!

This downtown bank doesn't have the first clue when it comes to customer service. I stood in the teller line for 25 minutes. When I got to the teller I presented a check that I wanted to cash. A check that was drawn on this bank. The teller told me she couldn't help me because I didn't have an account with the bank. She directed me to one of the bankers who was sitting at a desk. This banker promptly approved the transaction... and then sent me back to wait in line. What? The line I already waited in for 25 minutes? I don't think so. I told her to call a supervisor. After I got pretty irate... he suggested I take the check to my own bank - US Bank. Wow. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. When I reminded him that the check was drawn on his bank... and that I was currently standing right there in the branch lobby... talking to a senior banker (him)... he decided it was probably best to just cash the check for me himself. After another ten minutes waiting for him to finish... I got what I came for. Boy oh boy... the banking world has really gone to hell. But it seems that Wells Fargo beats out everyone else for worst customer service!!

I disagree with all the idiots who have reviewed this bank badly based on their whining. Either they didnt like the solution that Wells Fargo offered them or they wanted to have exceptions made for them. This bank is very good. Neither I nor any of my friends nor my family have ever had a single problem with Wells Fargo that i know of and we all have had accounts with them for over 10+ years. I always get my business resolved quickly and completely by them and they have always helped do what they could when we needed them and they have never charged any fees that werent deserved unlike TCF Bank. I highly reccomend them.

Friendly staff, but shabby unprofessional environment. We came to inquire about joining the bank, but the whole experience felt like the McDonalds of the banking world. After the Well's Fargo account scandal, they really didn't do much to disprove the feeling that they are a low class bank. Give them a wide berth. Wings credit union is a great alternative.

Friendly folks and a great location. It would be nice if they were open longer hours for people who live here rather than working here. Foreign currency exchange is nice, but only one teller can do it and you have to wait in the same line, which gets awkward when you're at the front of the line but still have to wait.

The idiot who could not verify my check had me waiting for half an hour in line, pretends to be busy talking to people who are waiting for other customers to bank. Yet he has the balls to reject verification/cash check because I have a yellow paper for a lost state issued id paperwork, and TWO valid id's to back that up. What an idiot

Nice and helpful staffs. It is a bit confusing to find the bank at first though, but there is a reception desk a bit deeper inside to help the lost people like me.
