I had to go inside due to the type of transaction I was doing. The interior was under what I’d call a sloppy construction job. No construction workers in sight, just debris & materials scattered throughout. Not a great look for a bank. The construction should be covered up; tarp or wall hangings, until it’s complete. Coffee pot area for guests looked empty and dirty. Service was at a snails pace. Only 2 tellers were working the indoor line, and the line was growing so long. Staff members were kind, but knowledgeable? Nope. Also, very little sense of urgency. I assume it’s a “green” staff, with lots of new hires, but people (such as myself) don’t have a free 45 mins the wait in line to make a deposit. Wells should train new hires better before they hit the floor. Wells Fargo, who I have been with since 1998, candidly has lost its class & superior feel. Hope it returns someday!

Been banking here for over 30 years! Stood in line for over 40 mins and listened to all the people in line complain about only having 2 tellers. With one elderly woman whining to all (about 20 people)behind me asking that she should be moved ahead in line. Only to get to a window with my deposit and was asked how many quarters I had. My response was $9.50, then was told that they really only take "rolled" coins. I told him "but for rolled quarters, only could be rolled in $10.00 amounts". I felt like I should not have imposed this on him...he then ran the rest of the paper money for my deposit and stated loudly what my total deposit was. Again I felt embarrassed/and felt like I was imposing on him to make this deposit! WOW I believe that our discussion was shared by all in the lobby.😡 I guess I should feel lucky that he did not share my bank acct info; bank balances and how many accts I actually have etc etc. Wells Fargo EP needs to improve their handling of customers starting with courtesy and keeping cutomers information in a more confidential manner!

Line is not too long, but slow service makes the line longer and longer. So, many people like me have to quit waiting very often, and drive away wasted our time. Going to WF is like begging for their service.

Wells Fargo, simply the worst in person experience of any merchant. I don't mean any retail bank, any merchant. The issue is the staff. All branches are understaffed and completely mismanaged. It's a tough market for labor and I can only assume WF just won't pay. I showed up at 5:00 to 11:00 on Saturday to find 20 people online I waited they were anemically moving I didn't get out of there until 11:40. All I needed was to pull some cash out of an account and get a visa gift card. They don't offer Visa gift cards. There's a personal banker who is only waiting for his appointments. He had an appointment that was late and instead of having a teller window ready for him to man and take care of a customer or to if his appointment doesn't show up he just wanders the building. It's brutal that they haven't figured out how to navigate their way through this after 18 months of this pandemic. The only saving grace is they didn't jam an unwanted account on me like they would have a few years ago. I'll wait a minute I better go online and see if they did. Very dissatisfied customer of Wells Fargo I have a trust account for a family member where I take care of there and that's the only reason I continue to do some banking at Wells Fargo.

I have banked here for 16 years and have seen it slowly deteriorate in service and costs. Why on earth would they only have 2 tellers— space for about 8! —on a late Friday afternoon— payday for many. Two customers took up at least 15 min whil the rest of us— about 7–in line tried to wait patiently. I left after waiting 30 minutes and I still was only third. Hire more! Pay more ! You obviously have the money but are making customers wait. One staff asks each time someone comes in what they are here fore. None of your business!! If I could just use an ATM I would but unfortunately have too wait. Some of us are multitasking and don’t have an hour to waste in line.

I was stuck by drive through window wile three employees were making jokes laughing and all three were helping one person, there was no canister in the tube so I have msg to wait for one a wile . Didn’t feel like they were working more like party time .

My friend borrowed me money which I gave her my check. Now she pay me back that she use cash deposit into my acc. However, teller don't know how to do it. Teller said she can't not deposit cash into my acc?!?

Been a customer since 2008 and never had an issue until now. I deposited a check into the ATM and it bent the check to where you couldn’t see 2 numbers. Instead of pulling the check from the ATM to fix the issue, they took the money from my account, made me wait for a “substitute check” to come in the snail mail, deposited the substitute check and the branch manager said everything was g2g, and then same day took the money out again because the numbers on the substitute check they mailed me weren’t legible. I’ve incurred fees over this and no one seems to know how to do their jobs (at the branch or the call centers). Worst bank ever, thinking it’s ok to screw over their customers and are ok with it. As soon as everything clears, this account will be closed for good. Wells Fargo banks are crooks who deserve to be shut down for their unethical business practices and horrendous customer service.

Every time I come here the service is terrible, people are rude and there’s 4 employees standing around doing nothing. Wells Fargo, I’ve had enough of you I’ll take all my accounts to a bank that appreciates the business. Clearly you guys don’t care about doing anything besides swindling money
