I was in on 3-7-22 at 9am. I needed to make a withdrawal and the manager said my card was expired which was not and made me get my phone to give them a code. I would think with my ID card would be enough. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for more than 20 years and have never experienced something like this.I felt she was very unprofessional and unfriendly. I will not be back to this branch.

Waited for a notary 40 minutes. Then the lady comes by saying it will be 5 more minutes the notary person would be out. Waited an additional 20 minutes after the lady told me that. There is no other customers but me in there then someone comes in and he gets the help so I just walk out. Horrible customer service all I needed was to get notarized a paper that's it nothing else.

Poor poor customer service, I wasn't even given the option to make an appointment. The guy just yelled across the room that she was booked for the rest of the day.

I’ve got my auto loan through Wells Fargo and a few different accounts. I don’t think it’s the bank itself just the people working out of this Casa Grande branch. I made it right at 4 and instead of opening the door to say they’re closed the girl just ignores me. I’ve never had this problem with the banks up in Phoenix. They really need to get it together here. If it wasn’t for the great experiences I get at other Wells Fargo branches I’d be long gone!

This bank has been my go to for almost 6 years and I've never had a problem with them. Everyone is very nice and have made me feel welcome. Have had a couple problems, but those are few and far between. I look forward to many more years with Wells Fargo.

We are snow birds and need an account for use in the winter. Up to this month we have been very happy with this bank. We deposited a check into our account. Unfortunately we made a error the body and numbers didn't match. Wells Fargo didn't catch it and the money showed as deposited into our account. Our bank at home saw the error and canceled the check. This resulted in an overdraft. Then they charged us a total of 285 dollars in bank charges. They sent a letter by mail to let us know. Sure wish they would have emailed or called. We could have fixed the problem right away. If we would have refused the overdraft protection the card would have been refused right away. Buyer beware. We are heading to the bank again today to try to fix the problem.

The drive thru ATM wouldn't take deposits like checks the day I went.

The employees don’t know what they’re doing and purposely wasted my poor grandma’s time and my by not appropriately asking our questions and when we express concerns blamed us for the misunderstanding. Do not come if you don’t want your elderly parents to be taken advantage of!
